We had a wonderful stay with our children. The hotel is very family-friendly, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with their excellent customer service, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend for families.
The Malvern hotel was in a rather out of the way industrial park with no easy transport to anything. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly but inattentive and only sharing information when pressed. The room was adequate and reasonably comfortable and the food service was edible but far from high quality. If there had been an alternative place to stay I would not have book here but there is very little else in Malvern.
Great hotel. Location is excellent for a good walk into the town and to Malvern Link railway station. The room was clean and the food was of one of the highest standards we have experienced in all our stays at Premier Inns. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ellie who was a marvel. We will definitely return.
This property feels neglected. I witnessed a business break-in and fleeing criminals on the street at 8pm beside the property so the area felt unsafe. Dirty room carpets and the bathroom felt grimy. At one point all the room cards stopped working, triggering a long queue and wait for guests who could not access their rooms. Pricing is affordable but I would stay elsewhere and pay more next time I'm in Maidenhead.
Quick easy check in spotless room and absolutely no noise all night .
Room was a bit warm even for November but quiet air conditioning soon sorted that out worth keeping on low at night .
The breakfast buffet service at the Premier Inn Maidenhead was excellent. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and made sure everything was wellstocked and fresh throughout the morning. There was a great variety of options, all tasty and well presented. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience that set a perfect tone for the day. Highly recommended, will visit again Soon .
good team, clean hotel. service was brilliant. Food are amazing. Room high standard, But furniture need to be change. .
Excellent accommodation exactly as expected. Have stayed here many times before. Easy parking and excellent breakfast facilities
The hotel is easy to access and the public spaces on the ground floor are nice, with welcoming staff. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities expected (I particularly like the glass mugs for tea). I asked for a quiet room and it certainly delivered. Would recommend!
The perfect location to explore the beautiful town of Malvern and the Hills. As expected our room was very well presented. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the friendliness of Linda and staff team who went over and above to help us. A special mention to chef Jane who cooked superb breakfasts, and great poached eggs to order. An all-round first class experience.
Rory and Bobby went above and beyond to see that we had an excellent experience. There was a slight issue with one of the orders . But absolutely delivered on a resolution. Burgers were top quality. Thank you to you both for making our experience a great one .
Good location excellent staff and food very relaxing . Will definitely use this hotel again as not too far for us to travel.
On a recent two-week trip, we stayed at two Premier Inn's. One was a 5 star, however this one was a 3 star. Still, a solid, budget option for a night or two. Read on for the PROs and CONs:
Pros:
~Friendly staff
~Complimentary parking (Don't forget to register your car).
~Electric tea kettle in the room
~Liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo pump bottles provided in the bathroom. (No lotion).
~Decent buffet breakfast available for an extra fee. Breakfast staff were very friendly.
~Conveniently located near Morrison's, M&S, McDonald's.
~Flexible check-in time. We had originally booked a B&B, but their check-in time wasn't convenient for our plans, so we switched to the Premier Inn and arrived around 9:30pm.
~Generally comfortable, quiet room.
Cons:
~Slightly older property, showing it's age around the edges.
~The main thing that made me reduce to 3 stars was when I pulled back the bedding, there was an eyelash, hair and other bits in the bed. It was late, so I chose to brush it aside and ignore it, but that was off-putting, leading me to wonder if the sheets had been changed.
~Hair in the bath and a stain down the side of the bath.
~No USB ports next to the bed. (There was a plug on one side of the bed at least).
~No iron.
~No lotion provided

Excellent service from Anetta, Elvis, Chris and the entire team. It is like a home away from home. Yummy yummy breakfast, very clean rooms, funky music. The best!
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at! Rooms were comfortable and clean, with PLUG SOCKETS BY THE BED!!!! Also had an output box on the wall by the TV so we could have used devices if we wished. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and food served was absolutely delicious
Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Rooms very clean and food very enjoyable.
Dinner was okay, restaurant was very quiet but standard premier inn stuff, limited menu due to some changes which is fine.
Breakfast was shocking. No toaster so had to order it. The toast came out 10 minutes before the hot food did. I don’t remember asking for it as a starter. Then asked for fresh toast which. Y the time that arrived the rest of my food was cold. the server was terrible not welcoming and didn’t really care.
Room was clean and comfy
Loved how close to the high street it was
Parking is a bit of an inconvenience
I enjoy staying here as a base for doing other things in London and the local area. It isn't perfect and if you want the Ritz, well go there. I really like it, and the offering has been consistently good for me personally. The room and bathroom are clean with a lovely shower, and the restaurant and bar staff are welcoming and friendly. Car parking is a small challenge but I usually walk here from the train station which is a doddle. A big thanks to everyone for another great stay.
Service is always very friendly. Laura takes good care of us.
Plenty of tables and plenty of choice on the full English buffet.
