Charge for parking. And they didn't understand I already paid booking.com full price and they charged me again to get a room so now I have e to contest booking.com for refund d and or Hilton, I had to pay double for the room.

I would say this is the best hotel to stay at in Paso Robles
Pros:

Clean and new and comfortable

Cons:

Our view was of the railway line which runs right along side the hotel. Luckily we only heard the train once.

Room did not have any complimentary shower cap, make up cotton Etc. No makeup mirror. Not enough umbrellas or lounges chairs around the pool.

Will stay there again next time, modern and comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, sunny roof deck and restaurant. Downtown location, walk to everything, but still close to the freeway. Will stay there again next time I visit.

Cons:

Train came by a few times a day. Was not at night, so was not too big of a deal.

Pros:

Excellent location. Fast elevators. Online check in super easy.

Cons:

Hot water in the shower maxes out at slightly above warm - comfortable but could have been warmer. Thermostat did not go below 68F and I like a cold room. Instructions to use the coffee maker would be nice.

A great hotel in a great location, nicely, staffed, good restaurants, and bar!
Pros:

The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. They had a computer failure worldwide, but they’re very professional and handled it very well.
