Pros:

The staff was really helpful, the overall service and assistance was excellent.

Cons:

The room was not very spacious but it was very clean and ideal for our stay.

Pros:

Staff were lovely from the reception to housekeeping to bar staff etc. Super friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable, I didn't get any of the street noise, and the rooftop. Location is also great for exploring the City, right by the subway, walking distance to some great bars and restaurants and a safe area to walk around in at night for Manhattan.

The rooftop bar is also really nice to have a coffee in in the nmorning and take in the skyline or for an evening drink before heading out.

Cons:

Showers were a bit outdated but really not an issue.

Super séjour, hôtel très bien placé
Pros:

Très bon emplacement ! à quelques pas de la Station Grand Central, beaucoup de points d'intérêts peuvent se faire à pieds.
La chambre est petite (mais de taille normale pour NYC), mais surtout très bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle, avec les rangements sous le lit par exemple.
Le rooftop très sympa ouvrait à partir de début mai, nous avons pu en profiter. Vue très cool sur les toits NewYorkais !

Un petit peu cher par rapport a d'autres offres dans la même catégorie.J'ai constaté expost une difference de peux substantielle avec POD51 (mais c'est peut être lié à l'algortreithme de Booking.com

Close to everything, clean , safe , great bar and restaurant, a very New York staff .
Pros:

Clean , Ryan at the bar was exceptional ,
Secure ( need your room card to enter building at night and to access elevator

Cons:

Some staff in phone / front desk were snippy .
I’m from NYC born and raised and can deal with an attitude but, it was sometimes served where it wasn’t needed ! I avoided the front desk from then on .

Gutes Hotel mitten in Manhattan, gute Anbindung. Wenn man nicht viel Platz benötigt voll ok.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, hilfsbereit. City Tour für Hotelbesucher gratis, Wasserspender zum gratis Wasser auffüllen. Top Lage nahe Central Station. Gut erreichbar. Dachterrasse on Top. Die Zimmer sind klein aber alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons:

Zimmergröße. Aber man bekommt was man erwartet - das Hotel ist ja als Pod Hotel angegeben und daher ist das auch ok. Es ist alles das was man braucht, auch ein eigenes Bad.

Pros:

Location is fantastic. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop bar.

Cons:

Noisy bar downstairs, so every time you come bad it's livelier that what you'd hope a reception would be. A bit noisy rooftop bar for the rooms on the floor.
