Un séjour très agréable dans un cadre luxueux avec un personnel avenant.
Pros:

La décoration, l’espace dans la chambre, la grande douche, les accessoires (sèche cheveux, peignoir de bains, machine à café). La climatisation.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Cons:

Il y avait de la poussière dans la placard à vêtements.
Il manquait du bacon avec la brouillade d’œufs.
La boite à mouchoirs n’a pas été rechargée pour la 2eme nuit et il ne restait plus qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette.
Le personnel parlait fort et claquait les portes dans le couloir le matin. Mon conjoint est intervenu pour demander moins de bruit.

Une nuit très agréable dans un cadre très sympa.
Pros:

La propreté, la douche très bien, avec des produits Nuxe très appréciés. Une déco très moderne, un peu art déco ce qui va bien avec le style du lieu. Le personnel du petit déjeuner adorable.

Cons:

La literie est très moyenne, tout comme le petit déjeuner qui reste très cher pour ce que c’est.

Petit déjeuner rapport qualité prix ok mais connu mieux ailleurs dans d'autres 4*

Cons:

La présence du parking dans l'annonce a conditionné notre choix en plus de l'emplacement.
Après avoir roulé 500kms, la déconvenue...

Il est fait mention d'un parking mais inutilisable : petit et blindé par des voitures non clientes de l'hôtel.
Quand on explique la situation, le personnel est indifférent et aucune solution alternative de donnée si ce n'est "garez vous dans la rue".
On s'est rabattu sur un autre parking privé et securisé avec un vrai contrôle des accès quelques centaines de mètres plus loin.

The property did not match the impression given by the photos. The river and surrounding environment were quite dirty and poorly maintained, it was like a slump.
Although we were upgraded to a larger room, cleanliness was a significant issue. The floor was dirty, there were hairs in the shower, sink, and toilet, and much of the furniture, including the sofa bed, appeared unclean. Also the air conditioning was not working. The common areas also did not seem to be well maintained. The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. However, due to the overall condition and cleanliness of the property, I would not choose to stay here again.
