Categories

Cleanliness
9.8
Multiple reviews repeatedly call the property and rooms 'very clean' and note a brand-new, modern facility—cleanliness is a clear strength.
Service
9.6
Staff is frequently described as very friendly, helpful and honest (fast check-in, assisted with printing, safeguarding left items). A few notes about inattentive front desk presence are outweighed by overall positive service reports.
Location
9.2
Convenient to the airport and expressway and generally described as convenient; some guests mention limited nearby attractions (BJ's, empty lots) and parking/visibility concerns at night.
Room Quality
9
Rooms repeatedly called large, beautiful, comfortable and quiet for the price; some guests reported a very firm mattress and occasional noise from other guests.
Amenities
8
Brand-new property with good suite kitchen for extended stays, but several guests reported poor/non-existent WiFi, basic TV channel selection, and no complimentary breakfast.
Value for Money
8.6
Many guests commented that the room quality and size exceeded expectations for the price, though some noted added charges for upgraded WiFi and the lack of breakfast reduces perceived value for a few.
Food and Beverage
7
Limited offering noted: no breakfast service and basic TV/entertainment options—this is the weakest operational area mentioned.
Overall Experience
9.2
Generally very positive overall: frequent praise for cleanliness, new rooms and friendly staff. Negative incidents (noise from other guests, some front desk friction, WiFi issues) tempered some stays but did not dominate overall sentiment.

Pros:

Property was brand new so very clean and modern. The staff, while friendly and helpful when present, was not waiting around at the front desk. A bell on the counter would help get their attention from the back.

Pros:

Easy Check in and courtesy staff. One Outstanding thing I want to mention . Is that when we left and were already over 2 hrs away my wife realized she left 2 items in the lobby area that were valuable and important to her. We called and they secured the items and set them aside to be picked up by one of our friends and everything was intact when they arrived.
Staff needs to be commended for their honesty and courtesy which is very rare these days. Needless to say we will stay again and recommend the property always.

Pros:

Brand new property, so it's very clean. The clientele made for a miserable night. Loud and excessive into the early morning hours. We will not be back
