Guten Tag liebes B&B Team,

Unser Aufenthalt letztes Woche in eurem Hotel in Willich war grundsätzlich okay.

Im Bettlaken befand sich ein Loch, was bei einem Hotelaufenthalt natürlich nicht besonders schön ist. Außerdem war die Toilette bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Auch die dort bereitgestellte neue Toilettenpapierrolle war sichtbar verschmutzt, was wir als ziemlich unhygienisch und unangenehm empfunden haben. Beim betreten des Zimmers ist uns sofort ein Geruch von altem Zigarettenrauch entgegengekommen, was bei der Buchung eines Nichtraucherzimmers natürlich ebenfalls nicht so schön ist.

Besonders enttäuschend war für uns allerdings das Frühstück. Für rund 15€ pro Person hätten wir erwartet, dass man in Ruhe und unter angenehmen Bedingungen frühstücken kann. Der Frühstücksraum war dafür jedoch deutlich zu klein. Zu den Stoßzeiten wollten wesentlich mehr Gäste gleichzeitig frühstücken, als der Raum vernünftig aufnehmen konnte. Dadurch herrschte großes Gedränge und es war kaum möglich, entspannt zu frühstücken.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zwar grundsätzlich okay, bei der Sauberkeit und insbesondere bei der Größe und Organisation des Frühstücksbereichs sehen wir aber deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial. Gerade bei einem kostenpflichtigen Frühstück sollte ausreichend Platz für die Anzahl der Gäste vorhanden sein.

Pros:

Einfaches Ein- und Auschecken. Personal war sehr freundlich. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr konnten wir direkt am Hotel parken.

Cons:

Leider ließ sich die Tür zu unserem Zimmer sehr schwer öffnen und schließen.

Pros:

Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Frühstück reichhaltig, für jeden etwas dabei. Gerne übernachten wir hier wieder.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum ist zugegeben klein, aber innerhalb der Frühstückszeit sollte jeder Gast in Ruhe frühstücken können ... wir hatten jedenfalls keine Probleme.
