إقامة ممتازة ومريحة، ونظافة رائعة، وتعامل راقٍ من جميع الموظفين، وخاصة الأستاذ عصام الحربي.
Pros:

الفندق ممتاز، والغرف نظيفة جدًا، كما تتوافر حوله خدمات رائعة تشمل السوبر ماركت والمطاعم. وكان تعامل طاقم الاستقبال في منتهى الاحترام والتعاون، وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ عصام الحربي، فهو شخص مهذب وودود ومتعاون إلى أبعد الحدود. ساعدني في اختيار الغرفة المناسبة لي، وأرسل معي أحد العاملين لمعاينتها قبل الحجز، ثم قام بتخصيصها لي. كما أكد لي أنه مستعد لمساعدتي في أي شيء أحتاج إليه. حسن تعامله واهتمامه كانا من أهم الأسباب التي شجعتني على تمديد فترة إقامتي في الفندق، وفي الغرفة نفسها التي اخترتها بمساعدته. أشكره جزيل الشكر، وأتمنى له ولجميع طاقم الفندق دوام التوفيق والنجاح.
