hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton does not have a car park. We're so central we would encourage you to leave your car at home and arrive by public transport.
Our closest station is West Brompton, located just a one minute walk away. As you leave the station, turn left onto Lillie Road and the hotel will be on your left. The nearest tube stations are Earl's Court and West Kensington.

I will never stay at any hotel of this chain again due to their poor attitude toward guests’ belongings and their terrible customer support.
I left behind an expensive piece of clothing at the hotel — when I got home (a 2-hour train ride away), I went through all my luggage and couldn’t find it. I am 100% sure I forgot it at the hotel. The support team told me over the phone that nothing was found in the room. My written request asking them to look for the item received no response at all. I have no idea how it could have disappeared, but the fact remains: I can no longer trust that my belongings won’t go missing during cleaning, for example.
Therefore, unfortunately, I will have to stop using this hotel chain to ensure the safety of my personal belongings.
Absolutely perfect for a weekend or overnight stay in london. Great price and well located. Only niggle is that breakfast seemed a little short staffed, slow topping up supplies
Very good location in pleasant, silent district, very close to underground stations West Bromton (5min) or Earls Court (12min), bus is near. A lot of shops or restaurants nearby. Pleasant, warm and nice atmosphere inside hotel and moder interior. Nice and welcoming staff, taking care of everything.
English breakfast, very tasty and good, made me feel full for most of the day while roaming around London. You can have free drinks for the rest of the day, cofee, teas, hot chocolate and bring them upstairs to your room.
Room was small yet enough space for solo traveler, very well organized with a nice design, space for suitcases, small table and control panel next to my pillow to change lights or ventilation, or temperature. It seemed cool to have bottle opener mounted to the wall at entrance.
My stay was pleasant and made me feel welcomed and safe. I would definately reccomend this hotel and would visit it myself again.
This hotel was booked for us, due to an urgent medical appointment required in London, so we were not able to make the choice of where to stay ourselves. We were very happy with the room, the bed was very comfortable and large, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see their guests. We asked for a second set of towels, and they were delivered within minutes. The breakfast choice was impressive for £8, although, a sign saying that other types of cooked eggs were available would have been helpful. We weren’t told about this until half way though our breakfast. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again, as the hotel was very good and the location is excellent. However, the lack of decent sized windows was a bit off putting, but this is just a minor point.
Easily accessible from West Brompton tube and 2 minute walk to Earls court. Very inviting from the roadside and great atmoshere on entering. Friendly, welcoming staff and checkin was swift and easy. We were given room 2 which was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a basic room, but our sister paid an extra £10 for a standard room, which are bigger. We paid £8 each for breakfast in the morning which was really tasty.
Would definately go back again.
Fantastic location for the tube into Central London and for matches at Stamford Bridge. Friendly staff, beautifully clean, comfy beds. Options to check in early and leave backs for a while after check out so you can maximise your stay. Will definitely be back
The hub was exactly what we needed, for location and access. Be aware there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the reception area is open 24hrs
No running warm/hot water.
Couldn’t check in on time (or even 2 hours afterwards).
Had to clean the bathroom again ourselves.
Huge water leak in the room.
We had a very warm welcome on check in. Our room, a bigger double room, was very clean & comfortable. Touchscreen controls for lighting & temperature are a bonus for your comfort. There is a coffee machine & other hot drinks available 24/7 in the lounge/restaurant area. Breakfast is cheap, basic but adequate and there are numerous coffee shops/cafes within walking distance. The location is excellent if you want to visit St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Horseguards Parade, Downing Street, The Cenotaph etc, all within walking distance.
Staff was extremely helpful and Lorenzo was going out of his way to accommodate requests and queries.
The room and stay was great and had fun at the bar
Although tucked in a side street away from a main road and surrounded by building construction, the hotel is surprisingly big inside. There is limited room to move around in the guest lounge, and as I have mobility issues this was a bit of a challenge, however the place is spotless, warm, comfortable and the bedroom was surprisingly big! Space to walk around the sides of the bed without the need to crawl across it. So comfortable too. The bathroom was again spotless and the shower awesome with the choice of 2 different shower heads. For a budget hotel, it certainly delivered and we will stay there again.
Lovely stay!Excellent location!Lovely staff.
Breakfast cheap and light, free coffeee 24/7.and Smart room amenities!
Denisa is amazing she has made our welcome so delightful so far, she is a gem and very special make sure you give her a promotion and look out for her she is a super star
Friendly staff, great location!! Rooms are cleaned as well, depending on the season the room rate it’s not that much as well.
I stay weekly for work and this hotel suffers from low staffing and tired rooms. However, I returned from work on 05/11 only to find that there was no water supply to the whole hotel. I was told that maintenance had tried unsuccessfully to fix it and left for the day. There was no notice in the lobby about this and I only found out about it when I complained.
The staff seemed to have no idea what to do and offered no solution other than a bottle of water but could not explain how that would help with showering/washing hands etc.
It's quite unbelievable that a hotel doesn't have water supply with no one working to fix it. It's even more incredible that the staff didn't inform guests or know how to support guests.
Guest services were useless, offering a part refund for one night. I explained to them that this wasn't adequate and it would be the company not me, who experienced this terrible service, that got the compensation. As with the hotel staff it was like talking to a brick wall. Avoid this hotel
We had a fantastic stay. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout was excellent. Fanica really stood out — she went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience.
We hadn’t booked breakfast originally, but thanks to her encouragement we decided to try it — and ended up having it every day! It was delicious, relaxing, and a lovely start to each morning.
The ground-floor lounge was a great space for breakfast and tea, and both of our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We’ve stayed at several Premier Inns, but the customer service here was easily the best. Highly recommended!
I hadn’t come across Premier Inn's Hub concept before, but it was in a great location and a good price for a planned trip to London. Close to Earl's Court underground station so straightforward travel to and from Heathrow. There are two room styles and I chose the larger option, which was more spacious than I expected - plenty roomy enough for one or two people. The soundproofing was brilliant - the room overlooked a busy road, and you couldn’t hear a thing, nor did it seem to be affected by the corridor noise you experience in many hotels. The website advertises free tea and coffee 24/7 but I hadn’t realised this is provided by machines in the bar/foyer area - there's no kettle in the rooms. So if like me, you like to have tea in the morning before getting up, take a travel kettle. This was big black mark for me. I was keen to see one of the smaller rooms to see just how small they were but the staff refused to let me have a peek in an empty room, which was also a bit annoying. But good value, a good location - would definitely stay again. With my travel kettle…
Decent for a 1/2 night stay but no more.
Pros:
- Location
- Cost
- Bed was nice
- very quiet inside. One morning there was jackhammer noise outside but that was the street dept so what can you do.
- Air con works (although constantly gurgled)
- shower was decent (although it was impossible to not get water all over the floor due to the partial glass partition in the shower and since they give you basically one tiny towel for the floor it made it hard to handle.
Cons:
- I paid for early check in. I had to wait in the lobby for at least half an hour as the rooms weren’t ready.
- my keycard quit working five times in eight days
- you have to request your room to be cleaned and towels changed, which is fine. Of the five days I asked for it to be cleaned it was only done three out of the five days with no explanation as to why it wasn’t done the other days.
- one day the cleaning team just took the toilet paper from my room but didn’t replace it. I didn’t realize it until a very inconvenient moment.
- I only went down for breakfast one day. Immediately I find the bread for the toast I went to make was moldy. That kinda killed my appetite.
Incidentally the lobby furniture looks like it’s been chewed up by a dog. The fabric is ripped on the chairs and they are in generally in poor repair. For the first thing you see when you walk in this is a big failure in first impressions.
I was really disappointed because I actually picked the place due to the reviews being decent and the location being so central. But I now see that this is a 1-2 night stay hotel MAX and it is not thr place to stay for any longer.
Fast check in , if a bit impersonal, I had a room on the -1 floor so no window but I guess that is the luck of draw. Room was very clean, carpet could have been a bit nicer but overall everything worked, lighting was good, heating and AC control and the shower was great. Not cheap at £173 for one night but it was a convenient location. Free tea and coffee a bonus, good charging points in the room. The only thing lacking was GB NEWS on the TV choice - come on Premier, get it together!
The reviews made us a little bit worried, but that was not necessary.
We were kindly welcomed and helpen during our stay.
