Pros:

Very poorly managed hotel. Huge communication gap between Expedia and Hotel Nirala Dhani. Guest treatment is pathetic. Diwali night they closed restaurant without informing. Reception team kept us waiting for 1 hr without any reason while check in. Avoid staying here.
