The staff were warm and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with any questions. Any requests I made were promptly attended to. Clean, comfortable, peaceful and great facilities - car parking with validation not too far away and overall there is nothing I would change. Katriana was super memorable - thanks for everything.

We stayed for a week. The reassuring thing about Premier Inns is that you know you’re going to have an excellent room and bed.

Good staff service isn’t always guaranteed but in this case, it was welcoming and friendly.

One particular feature I loved was the pitcher of fresh cold water that was available at reception. It avoided me having to buy bottled water and saved on plastic. I am completely against plastic use so this is great. More hotels should offer this.

The only thing that I would like improved is the room cleaning service in between check in and check out. It wasn’t as thorough as I would have liked.

Other than that, excellent.

Dee my breakfast magician looked after me so so well. I have a mushroom allergy and she cooked my breakfast from a standing start. Thank you. Also a beautiful smile!

Attended a party at The Pavilion Hotel, the DJ was top-notch, the atmosphere was on point, and the venue is a great place to be. Didn't stay the night, but overall looks like their events/party nights are well worth a look.

Location appears a lot more pleasant that where it actually is. When i arrived, I couldn't access the area due to police blocking entrances to the road as there was an 'incident' which was code for them running about everywhere after youths who had been stealing in local shops! Car park local and decent rate as hotel client but had reservations in leaving my car in there. Room was clean and tidy but smelt of old tobacco which never went despite me spraying deodorant and after shave everywhere. I thought about complaining but it was late in the evening and i was only there for one night and it was clean (albeit dated). I only saw one member of staff whilst i was there and that was to get my car park ticket validated in the morning. I went for a walk to find something to eat and to be honest, I felt a little uncomfortable with the location of the hotel and surrounding streets. I will not unfortunately stay in this particular hotel again.

Clean and very good sized room. Very good shower/bath too. Quite . Excellent bed/mattress. Location very good too and parking Option very good too. (Free between 17.50hrs and 09.30hrs; the rest at very reasonable rates)

Breakfast was absolutely lovely fresh, hot and served by very helpful staff I especially want to say thank you so much to chef Breda for the delicious breakfast and to Katerina for being so helpful during breakfast service

Had a good experience there. Sobia was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. I lost my room key and she made me another one instantly. The breakfast service was also great. Recommended for a comfortable stay.

New to me the self check in which was easy to navigate. Staff on hand in case of any problems.

I had a wonderful time with my friends. The location is excellent everything is close by the staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming!

There was no one there when I went to check in so I had to use the machine. On first entering our room, there was a weird smell so we put on the air con as the windows couldn't open. I noticed that there were only 2 mugs when we were a family of 3 so I had to collect an extra one from reception. One of the towels had a small red stain on it, probably shouldn't have used it but i did. We stayed for 3 nights and that was good value for what we paid. Its in a good location and there is shops right next to it. Breakfast was excellent, there was so much on offer. It was a clean hotel bar a few issues and it was a pleasant stay.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Premier Inn. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and everything felt well organised and stress-free. Excellent value for money and exactly what you hope for from a Premier Inn. I’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.
