The elevator was not working during our stay, which made it difficult to carry luggage up the stairs, especially to the upper floors. While the hotel is acceptable for a short stay, there is room for improvement in terms of comfort and overall guest experience.

Unfortunately, I found a bedbug in the mattress, and the next morning I had one on my leg in the bathroom. For about a week now, I've had itchy skin after sleeping in the same bed. I think the mattress and the bed are infested with bedbugs.

Week-end sympathique dans un hôtel où l'accueil est professionnel et très convivial
Pros:

Son emplacement, son parking très pratique. L'accueil du personnel ! Très gentil et très agréable. La literie confortable. Et le petit déjeuner très correct.

Cons:

La vétusté de la douche qui avait quelques fuites. Sinon, franchement ! Rien à dire.

Vrlo neugodno iskustvo zbog nepostojeće rezervacije i potpune nezainteresiranosti osoblja za pomoć

Nismo imali priliku boraviti u hotelu jer po dolasku nije bilo dostupne sobe unatoč potvrđenoj rezervaciji.

Cons:

Došli smo na check-in u hotel, gdje nam je rečeno da nemaju našu rezervaciju. Nakon što smo pokazali potvrdu rezervacije s Bookinga, obaviješteni smo da ipak nemaju slobodnih soba.

Najveće razočaranje bio je pristup recepcionerke, koja nije pokazala nikakvu želju ni volju pomoći ili ponuditi bilo kakvo rješenje nastale situacije. Umjesto toga, više puta je inzistirala da mi sami otkažemo rezervaciju, iako je bila svjesna da bismo time snosili troškove otkazivanja putem Bookinga.

Smatramo da je odgovornost za ovakvu situaciju bila na hotelu, a ne na gostima. Očekivali smo barem pokušaj pronalaska alternativnog smještaja ili neki oblik pomoći, no to se nije dogodilo. Vrlo neugodno iskustvo i izrazito neprofesionalan odnos prema gostima.

Wat ik verwacht had, voor een last-minute booking had het alles wat ik zocht, ook al was het oud

Alles was aanwezig zoals ik verwacht had na wat de website me had gezegd. Alles was wel aan de oude kant, maar werkte (en was proper voor zover ik kon zien): haardroger, warm water in de douche...

Cons:

Alles was wat verouderd. Het hele hotel lijkt me wel een opfrisbeurt te kunnen gebruiken. In de gangen lagen meerdere soorten tapijt die wel eens een duidelijke opknapbeurt nodig hadden. Ik heb niet graag tapiplein in de slaapkamer

Nous sommes arrivés à minuit et sommes repartis à 8h. Avions besoin d'un certain confort inexistant
Pros:

La chambre n'était pas confortable ni fonctionnel.
Le petit déjeuner était super
L'emplacement est bien
Le Parking pour le véhicule c'est top

Cons:

L'asenseur était en panne. Difficile de se rendre au 4ème niveau avec des bagages
Les marches de l'escalier très étroites et peuvent vous faire tomber avec les bagages car l'ascenseur était hors service.
