Downtown setting, bit tired but good situation.
Pros:

Downtown area, a bit rundown, but wide street and Hotel is situated close to Bars and restaurants, there is a bottle shop next door and so could be a sound issue (no double glazing). Air-conditioning was excellent, one of the best I have had outside of USA.Hotel is a bit dated, but staff are friendly and helpful, only bed issue was it was 2 singles pushed together but made up as 2 singles, so a bit cramped.

Pros:

Stayed 12 nights at the Graham Hotel and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious especially their croissants. Would recommend the hotel

close to university and in middle of town
Pros:

I booked a family room with two double beds and received a twin room with a sleeper couch. they would not amend the price even though i explained that my husband was 6 ft 3 inches tall and would be very uncomfortable.

I had free parking but there was no hotel parking just parking on the street that needed to be booked prior to arrival- we didn't know this.
