A night in Hampton Beach
Pros:

Location was nice as close to the beach (across the street from the wall). Note that north beach (across the street) is a rocky beach (the sandy beach is the main beach a few mikes away). It was also easy to park (free parking) and nice layout for two people traveling together (where separate beds are needed).

Cons:

The two twin beds did not have top sheets…only the fitted bottom sheet and a bedspread. The shower curtain was the old style that was not rounded so the curtain touches you when in the shower and there was very little storage or shelves in the bathroom. We were also wondering why all the door handles throughout the unit were positioned very low??

Super place for a relaxing stay .
Pros:

I'm giving 100% , excellent in every way. I can not fault anything about it , staff were super friendly, service brilliant, our family suite was super clean and equipped with all our needs. The location was excellent , across the road from 395 Ocean Boulevard is the Beach . Short trip to all facilities / restaurants/shops, ect, on the main Hampton Beach Strip. We will definitely be back again 😊👍

Pros:

Beautiful rooms, very clean, great staff. Outdoor fun with lots of seating and a nice outdoor bar offering delicious drinks!

Cons:

We didn't get the room we had booked but still had a very nice room.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Nice cosy design. The room was spacious and comfortable, parking in front and ocean across the road.

Cons:

We have been given a different room than we specifically booked and communication about it was not honest. Just to be aware of - but you hear noise from upstairs rooms and outdoor stair (e.g. steps)

Wonderful ocean views in a comfy room on the third floor.

It was a very good stay except for our room, not having an ocean view
Cons:

Unfortunately, I called when we checked in because our room was supposed to have an ocean view and a king size bed and we did not have it either of those things and that was very disappointing.

Confort, propreté et relaxation
Pros:

L’endroit est moderne, chaleureux, les lits sont confortable, on ne manque de rien, j’aime l’accès a la plage qui n’est pas tres loin. Établissement propre et bien entretenu! On a manqué de rien on c’est senti comme a la maison! Le nouveau Surf Shack pour les cocktails et la nourriture ajoute une belle ambiance pour le 5 à 7 les cocktails sont bon.

Cons:

La piscine n’était pas claire. Cependant elle étais tres chaude ce qui était agréable.
