룸 컨디션이 깨끗하고 직원의 응대도 친절하였습니다. 담배냄새 안나서 너무 좋았습니다

Cons:

복층으로 층고가 높고 좋았지만 생각보다 조금 더워서 에어컨을 미리 틀어서 쾌적함을 유지해주면 좋을 것 같습니다

글쎄 생각보다 다 별로였어요.

Cons:

객실 청소부터 제대로 되어 있지 않았습니다. 전기 포트 코드를 콘센트에 꽂는 순간 합선이 일어나 전원이 모두 나갔어요. 나중에 보니 콘센트 안에 휴대폰 유심칩을 빼는 작은 쇠핀이 박혀 있더군요. 이전 투숙객이 남긴 것을 청소하면서 확인하지 않은 거죠.

직원은 비교적 빨리 와서 조치했습니다. 하지만 "쇠가 있었다"고만 전할 뿐, 사과하지 않았고 불편하지 않았는지 묻지도 않았어요. 오히려 우리를 의심하는 듯한 말투에 황당했습니다. 국내 여행을 하는 한국 사람이 굳이 유심 핀을 들고 다닐 리 없잖아요. 외국인 여행객이 두고 갔을 가능성이 훨씬 크죠.

배정받은 층도 낮아 아쉬웠습니다. 들인 돈에 비해 불쾌한 기억만 남긴 호텔이었어요.

Fantastic hotel for discovering Busan
Pros:

Very nice hotel! The room was fairly spacious and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The staff were friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and it is close to the metro station. We could have happily stayed longer!
