Заселили сразу по приезду (около 20.00). Хороший матрас.
В номере была жара и духота (батареи включены на полную мощность, мы выключили, открыли окна - не очень помогло), сильно пахло сигаретами, в ванной сломан кран. Сообщили об этом, пришел работник ремонтировать это затянулось надолго, в итоге нам заменили номер. В номере также была невыносимая жара и сильно прокурен номер, сигаретами пахло от всего, на мебели пятна и прожженые дырки. Мы были на одну ночь, пришлось остаться. Слышимость такая, что слышно как в соседнем номере ходят в туалет(простите) и полночи проводилась уборка номеров, что тоже было слышно и мешало спать. Про вид с окна - его нет.

Останавливались на время стыковки. Удобное расположение в центре, до метро и парома минут 10 пешком, вокруг оживленный район с магазинами и кафешками
Номера свежие и чистые, нам сделали ранний заезд
Персонал супер отзывчивый, в наш приезд не работал вай-фай и я перепутала даты брони - все решили

since its a quite new hotel, it's so empty even the lobby doesn't have anything accept for the reception counter, feel abit isolated.

Location is great and room space is excellent, staff was helpful
The furniture is designed poorly, taste was good but function was bad , very limited storage area no serious clothes wardrop, not a single drawer in the room
Facility maintenance is also needs to be reviewed, small things that needs repair in the room and the bath

The location is excellent, close to marmaray station. The mattress was also very comfortable.
The room was missing a few basic amenities like places to hang your clothes. There were also minor plumbing issues that could be fixed.
