Pros:

Good place. Very clean

Cons:

Left bags in room and when I went back someone was in my room. They said that the code they were given was for that room and so it was their room. The code I was given was given was the same room. They had threw my bags out and stayed in the room. Therefore I couldn't find my bags and had no room. Had to phone the contact and get it sorted out. Not great .

We had a Brilliant stay at hotel no.9 the location is great and the room was beautiful. Brilliant value for money

The location is amazing! Very close to the bars on Waterloo street. Very comfortable and beautiful

Nice location and comfort at a reasonable price near city centre
Pros:

Great location, easy walking to city centre and a reasonable walk to the train station. A fan was in the room on the warm days.

Cons:

Street noise and crowd noise outside, but it settled down around midnight. Want soft towels? Bring your own. The supplied towels had the ‘softness’ of newspaper on the skin.

The room was sufficient for our needs but too warm and loud for sound sleep.
Pros:

The location was good but because it was in the city, it was a little loud....traffic noise, etc.
The accommodations overall were good: comfortable bed and clean bathroom, etc.

Cons:

The email with the code to enter the building was confusing and we needed to call for the actual code. Staff was helpful with that though. The room was small and VERY warm with no way to cool it off...no windows to open, fan, air conditioning.
Pillows were so flat...not comfortable.
