Nice choice for Tbilisi stay
Pros:

Generous and very good breakfast, very kindly staff(we were gifted a bottle of wine at our arrival and Rachid provided us with public transport cards), nicely located (10’ from abanotubani, the sulfur thermal bath), beautiful terrasse view from our room, A/C working well

Cons:

Sometimes there was a smell coming from the bathroom(mainly in the morning but with bathroom’s door closed it was fine); the last 10’ walk to the hotel from the centre is a bit steep but fine for a digestion walk; maybe the bedsheet covering the mattress could have been longer

Budget friendly, Great View and good service
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly, Breakfast was delicious, lot of varieties. great view from our room. Big Balcony. There are lot of surprises given by Rashid. Highly recommend. Sufi was great.

Cons:

Location was not the best especially with kid, you need to climb hill,10 mins walk to city. we were not informed about duvet that was stored in drawer, it should be in bed, when we told receptionist she had no idea where it was. No Bar, Minibar, Jacuzzi, BBQs and Terrace as mentioned in facilities. Rashid forgot to inform us while check in. i can understand it was late night check in. Very Hard-working owner

Nice location and a great view, nice breakfast, really nice staffs

The staff are super nice and friendly, real nice people. The balcony view is amazing.

Отличный отель! Расположен высоко, но буквально через 10 минут вы уже в центре. В номере винтаж было очень тихо, наконец-то получилось отдохнуть и выспаться.

Pros:

The hôtel owner was awesome, the room was great. He makes everything for me to feel home and safe. He even took care of my transfer to train station, I definitely recomend it.

Pros:

Уютный отель совсем рядом со знаменитым районом Анатубани. Очень приветливый персонал - всегда на месте, готовы помочь. Стандартные номера, есть все, что нужно. На первом этаже номера с шикарной террасой. Завтрак шведский стол: яичница, сосиски, фасоль, вареные яйца, сыры, мясные нарезки, овощи, фрукты, вафли, сухие завтраки, чай, кофе, тосты. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Тбилиси навсегда в сердце ❤️

THe location is perfect not noisy
Pros:

Very near to the old City center, Staff are friendly and room are nice. THe location is perfect not noisy but very near to resto, supermarket and other places to visit in Tbilisi

Идеальное месторасположение-тихая улица и все центральные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Отдельная оценка персоналу-Рашид-само обаяние-культурный, отзывчивый, готов приложить все усилия для обеспечения комфорта гостей. Все остальные работники, включая работников ресторана выполняют свою работу на 5+. По поводу завтрака-надо быть откровенным-вы редка где в Тбилиси сможете найти гостиницу с таким ассортиментом на завтрак. Имея за спиной богатый опыт по бронированию и нахождению с различных отелях в Грузии, могу совершенно точно сказать , что вы мало где сможете найти такой сервис и ассортимент на завтрак.
