The room size and cleaning at the check in are good
Pros:

Room size and window were great

Cons:

The place for breakfast was under cunstruction and you need to move very bad from the small lobby to room or roof top with a dangerous steps. On 2nd day ask for cleaning but its not good just empty the trash! Sofa bed is not comfortable

The staff speak English well and are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and had everything you need to start the day. However, there isn't a proper common dining area, which would have made the experience more comfortable. The location is great and very convenient for exploring the area.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and not very cozy, and the sound insulation is poor, so noise from other rooms and the hallway can be heard easily.

Dieser Aufenthalt war der reinste Horror.
Cons:

Eigentlich sahen die Bewertungen recht gut aus, jedoch stellte sich später heraus, dass hier mit gefälschten Bewertungen gearbeitet wird!!!!

Diese Unterkunft ist die schlechteste, in der wir je übernachtet haben.

Die Zimmer sind sehr dreckig und Die Frühstückssituation ist eine Katastrophe.

Am ersten Morgen fanden wir ein extrem kleines Frühstücksbuffet vor - im Flur der Unterkunft. Es gab fast keine Auswahl - nein, das Brot war auch schimmlig. Wir haben dies bei der Rezeption angesprochen, keine Reaktion, keine Entschuldigung, nichts. Uns ist der Appetit vergangen, sodass wir mit dem Instant-Kaffee (was anderes gibt es hier nicht) auf die Terrasse gegangen sind. Da es keinen anderen Frühstücksraum gibt, muss man sein Frühstück mit dem Fahrstuhl 2 Etagen nach oben bringen, dann eine Treppe und zum Schluss noch eine Wendeltreppe nach oben aufs Dach nehmen. Dies ist nicht zumutbar! Zudem ist die Terrasse und die Sitzmöbel total verdreckt, hier möchte man einfach nicht essen. Und was macht man bei Regen?

Später sagte man uns, man versucht es morgen besser und fährt ein großes Buffet auf. Wir hatten Hoffnung - tatsächlich gab es am nächsten Tag eine größere Auswahl. Leider konnten wir nur an dem kleinen Tisch an der Rezeption frühstücken, da das hochtragen auf die Terrasse eine Zumutung war. Geschmeckt hat es nicht wirklich.

Am dritten Morgen kamen wir um 10:28 Uhr zum Frühstück (die Frühstückszeiten sind von 9-11 Uhr) und fanden ein komplett leeres Buffet vor. Auf Nachfrage sagte uns die sehr unfreundliche Rezeptionistin, dass die anderen Gäste das Frühstücksbuffet schon geleert hätten.

Für den letzten Morgen wurde uns ein früheres Frühstück versprochen, auch das gab es nicht.

Wir mussten also 3x auswärts frühstücken, obwohl das Frühstück inkludiert war.

Fazit: Nach Reisen in über 50 Länder war dies mit Abstand der schlechteste Aufenthalt auf unseren Reisen.

Pros:

My stay at Libreto Hotel was absolutely exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.
