Disappointing but probably fair for what you pay
Pros:

Fantastic staff very friendly and super helpful and accomodating. Wonderful and quiet dispute busy location

Cons:

Smelt musty and very very out dated. Needs some love , especially outside windows need a big clean , weeding and sweeping. Meals and dining room have potential but very disappointing.

Convenient location near facilities and a very comfortable room.
Pros:

Staff were extremely efficient. Conveniently located near a shopping complex. The restaurant was very handy for breakfast and dinner.

Great Price, Slightly dated, and needs a bit of polishing.
Pros:

The restaurant was great, food was yum, and reasonably priced and cool vibe, staff super helpful, the parrot/bird is quite cool and unique

Cons:

There was quite a bit of consttruction going on throughout the hotel, but the corridors were quite dark, lots of ceiling tiles missing or damaged, not sure if that was part of the construction/maintenance or not.

Staff were super friendly and we loved the Cockatoo!

Cons:

Renovations going on directly above our room from early morning both days. Not great. Lots of bangs and power tools.

We enjoyed our stay. Great restaurant staff , Pickles 🥒 parrot loves to chat, good car parking.
Pros:

The breakfast choices were good. The location of the Angus Hotel is very convenient as the Queensquart shopping mall is in close proximity to the hotel, as is the New World Supermarket and Woolworths Supermarket .

Cons:

Better lighting and warmth in the hallways. As it was quite cold walking down the hallways and lighting quite dim . However this may have been due to renovations taking place.
Also would have loved to have had Sky: Sky Sports on the Television

Pros:

The location was perfect next to queensgate mall. They also had a talking bird..Mr Pickles who greets you at the door

Cons:

The heater didn't work although the room wasn't cold

Great place to stay, if they cold get the restaurant with healthier food choices would be perfect,
Pros:

All the staff were extremely nice & friendly & helpful. Location was great, plenty of parking.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant is poor, too much deep frying, too much mayonnaise, lazy. Breakfast not the best.
