Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem tollen Service und in jedem Fall einen zweiten Besuch wert. Danke

Eine schöne, ruhige Lage, alles sehr gepflegt mit einer tollen Außen Küche und einem wundervollen großen Balkon… auch vom einchecken bis zur Abreise. Eine gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters.

Ein rundum perfekter und wunderschöner Aufenthalt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Alles war einfach perfekt!!! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, super sauber und die Gastgeberin Cristina ist mega lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde total wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen, alles war top!

Nice place but uncomfortable pillows.
Kitchen well equipped and very quiet area

Cons:

Only 1 very flat very hard pillow provided. Ended up with a headache for 2 days which put quite a downer on the holiday.

Il meglio per soggiornare a San Teodoro con un alto livello di comfort a un costo veramente basso
Pros:

Struttura nuova e molto accogliente, sicuramente la migliore nella zona e con un superlativo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Appena fuori dal centro, ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio libero proprio di fronte. La camera grande, pulitissima, letto comodo, bagno impeccabile e patio dove far colazione o pranzare in tutto relax, con cucina attrezzata molto funzionale.
Non plus ultra una piscina bellissima e ben tenuta con acqua pulitissima e sdraio bordo piscina.
L’accoglienza di Cristina e la professionalità dello staff hanno reso perfetto il soggiorno e questa struttura è diventato il punto di riferimento per prossimi soggiorni a San Teodoro.

Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft in Panorama-Lage, mit Pool. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Sehr netter Kontakt (über WhatsApp und persönlich). Entfernung zum Meer ca. 2,4 km.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln...

Pros:

Cristina est une hôte très sympathique, attentionnée et accommodante. Ana, qui s’occupe du logement, a également été aux petits soins pendant notre séjour. Cristina répond très rapidement aux messages et fait tout pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

A wonderful place with a great atmosphere and soul—it's exactly the kind of spot you want to return to.
Pros:

The property was very intimate, spotless, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. You can really feel the attention to detail and the focus on guest comfort throughout the space.

Cons:

There wasn’t a single thing I didn't like—everything was absolutely perfect. On top of that, Cristina is a remarkably warm and helpful host who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in einer sauberen, schönen Residenz mit tollem Pool, Meerblick, herz
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Residenz auf Sardinien. Von Anfang an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Pool war großartig und wurde regelmäßig gepflegt.

Die Wohnung war toll geschnitten, mit schöner Aussicht – sogar seitlich aufs Meer. So konnten wir Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang genießen. Unsere Freunde hatten das Apartment direkt gegenüber, ebenfalls mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Besonders die Küchenzeile draußen war super – wir haben dort viele gemütliche Abende verbracht.

Da die Residenz etwas abseits liegt, waren wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs. Das war für uns kein Problem, da man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt war und von dort auch die vielen wunderschönen Strände erreichen konnte.

Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch eine familiäre Atmosphäre entstand.

Für uns war es einfach perfekt – vielen Dank für alles! Wenn wir wieder nach Sardinien kommen, dann ganz sicher hierher.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft mit nettem Personal, am Rand von San Teodoro, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

- Sauberkeit war sehr gut
-Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
- Ansprechpartner bei Fragen war über WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar
-der Parkplatz fürs Auto war direkt vor der Unterkunft
-das was auf der Internetseite angegeben wurde, war auch vor Ort so vorhanden (Klimaanlage, Outdoorküche, Kingsize Bett, Föhn ...)

Cons:

-Ausstattung der Outdoorküche: das Nötigste war vorhanden, ein paar Sachen mehr wären hilfreich gewesen, da wir uns überwiegend selbst versorgt haben.

Silencioso, limpo, confortável e prático, piscina ótima, proprietários muito atenciosos, estacionamento à porta, proximidade à praia Cinta, cafés e supermercados. A varanda é muito simpática, com uma cozinha e área de estar com vista de mar.
