Amazing, unexpected surprise!
Pros:

Everything l! It was gorgeous inside and out. Our room far exceeded expectations. It was huge and had a private sitting area and hot tub. The shower and bathroom were heavily- allowing my husband and I to get ready at the same time without tripping over each other.

Muy buenos cuartos e instalaciones en una ubicación que no es tan conveniente.
Pros:

Muy moderno, la suite es espectacular y el restaurante muy bonito y moderno. El lugar es una casona restaurada para el lobby y frente del hotel con un edificio moderno para hotel.

Cons:

La ubicación no es la mejor, aunque está relativamente céntrico, la zona no es bonita y al centro hay que ir en coche auqnue está a 8 minutos.

When we return to Merida we will definitely stay again at Casa Loreto.
Pros:

We liked everything about Casa Loreto. The staff were friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The food was excellent, especially breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day and coffee restocked. The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing, with a lovely outdoor space with a sitting tub and a hammock. Loved the pool. We took ubers back and forth to museums and restaurants. Very inexpensive. Our first walk into the zocalo was too noisy and a bit too much traffic along the street. But it was incredibly easy to go back and forth.

Cons:

Wish there was a hot water shower and a second hammock.

Pros:

Very calm and tranquil and lovely big, spacious and clean rooms.

Cons:

The food was very poor which meant we had to leave the hotel for all meals.
The location is also not great as it’s a 10-15 minute drive into the centre with nothing else nearby, so if you want to be able to step out and find shops and restaurants in your doorstep then you would need to find another hotel. However if you are happy to take a short drive then it’s fine.

Sehr schön!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und sauber mit kleinen liebevollen Aufmerksamkeit. Wir hatten die Präsidentensuite, sehr schön und ruhig. Exklusiv, Topp. Nur das Frühstück hat zu wünschen übrig, da muss noch daran gearbeitet werden.
Sonst alles tipptopp.
