Very disappointing stay. The room provided was not the room I booked, and I am still waiting for my refund. Strong cigar

There was not much that I liked about the property, but the location was convenient.
-Tidak banyak yang saya suka tentang penginapan ini, tetapi lokasinya agak mudah.

Paid for a room that was not provided, and I am still waiting for my MYR 60.35 refund. Very disappointing experience.

Saya telah menempah dan membuat bayaran penuh untuk dua bilik melalui Booking.com: Standard Triple Room (RM65.12) dengan 1 katil double besar dan 1 katil single, serta Deluxe Double Room (RM60.35) dengan 1 katil double besar. Apabila tiba di hotel, pihak hotel tidak dapat menyediakan bilik seperti yang telah saya tempah. Saya diberitahu bahawa hanya bilik dengan 2 katil single yang tersedia. Receptionist juga memberitahu saya untuk membuat permintaan refund melalui Booking.com bagi Deluxe Double Room, tetapi sehingga sekarang saya masih belum menerima refund sebanyak RM60.35. Saya berharap pihak Booking.com dapat menyiasat perkara ini dan memulangkan wang untuk bilik yang tidak diberikan kepada saya. Koridor berhampiran reception juga mempunyai bau rokok yang sangat kuat dan tidak menyenangkan.
