Pros:

Unlike so many other central Munich hotels, the Hotel an der Oper was a reasonable price for a very comfortable and spacious room. Location is excellent for food, tourist spots and the U-bahn.

Very well located, just around the corner from the Hofbrauhaus. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pros:

Well located in a quiet street but only a 3 minute walk to Marienplatz. The rooms were nicely furnished, comfortable and clean with good air conditioning.
Some of the reception staff were very nice and welcoming, especially the gentleman who checked us in.

Cons:

Bottled water was unavailable. We were told by the night receptionist to buy some in the restaurant which I believe belongs to hotel. No problem there, except the cost was €8 per bottle which I felt was unreasonable.

Pros:

Väldigt bra läge i centrala München, tyst gata, rent och fint och mycket god frukostbuffé.

Cons:

Sängarna var stenhårda upptäckte vi första natten , men vi påpekade det och fick en extra bäddmadrass.
Det finns ingen vattenkokare på rummet, så det får man ta med själv.

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, locatie = top!
Pros:

De locatie is absoluut top! Midden in het centrum, op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden, waaronder het Hofbräuhaus en de Marienplatz.

Cons:

De ventilator in de badkamer deed het niet. Moet misschien worden gerepareerd.
