Cons:

Una colcha tenía muchos pelos de otras personas, la luz que brilla de los interruptores no deja dormir porque parpadea de azul, pocos cubiertos, solo para 1 persona.

Pros:

Location perfetta ed appartamento davvero pulito e confortevole. Non si può dire nulla di negativo. Letto comodo, bagno grande, cucina attrezzata, elegante e raffinato e con un buon profumo. Meritate dieci stelle anche per via del prezzo pagato, davvero basso.

The worst experience I have ever had at a property.

The property is in a good location, accessible to various places of interest.

Cons:

There is absolutely no communication among the staff at this place. When I arrived, the security guard had no idea I was expected; I had to wait over 30 minutes just to be let in. On top of that, the link they sent to process the payment didn't work, and I didn't have access to the Wi-Fi the first night either. The lock on the property's front door was broken! I felt unsafe during both nights I spent there. The people in the other rooms were fighting, and I could hear absolutely everything! They kept slamming the doors incredibly hard—it was impossible to get any rest!

Excelente para quem busca passar poucos dias em Bogotá.
Pros:

Localização excelente, o segurança que estava no turno na recepção foi muito atencioso e cuidadoso desde a nossa chegada. A acomodação estava impecável, cama boa, chuveiro excelente também e ainda tem um pequeno closet, que foi muito util para não deixarmos nossas coisas espalhadas no apartamento. Tamanho da acomodação para 2 pessoas também atende muito bem.

Cons:

Não tinha uma recepção, então, somente ao chegar no prédio é que descobrimos isso e no anuncio não ficou claro a forma do check-in, que foi de forma on-line (inclusive o pagamento). Apesar disso, as pessoas que estavam trabalhando no prédio naquele momento foram muito cordiais e atenciosos.

Buen sitio
Pros:

Habitaciones modernas y bien decoradas. Tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Tomamos 2 habitaciones, una de ellas no estaba limpio el baño.

Cons:

La Cama tenía Dubet, pero no soy amigo dedormir con estos elementos, ya que me parecen incómodos y pesados. Deberían tener en el closet una cobija para los que no nos gusta dormir con el Dubet. Aunque había nevera minibar, no había ni una sola botella de agua adentro. Así sea que las cobren al final de la estadía. A veces en la noche necesitas tomar algo y solo tienes el agua del grifo. En caso que no se pueda tener bebidas dentro del minibar, al menos en la recepción deberían de vender estas cosas básicas.

Si vas de paseo o trabajo Art Homes 85 es tu espacio!
Pros:

Excelente comunicación para obtener información personalizada. Tiene una excelente ubicación. Es un área segura para caminar, muchos sitios para comer de distintas categorías, supermercados y acceso a transporte transmilenio

Cons:

Solo dos cosas se deben mejorar: 1)tener un contacto con lineas taxis; 2) colocar cubiertos (tenedor, cuchara y cuchillo) para comer en la despensa.

Excellent stay in Chapinero. Highly recommend
Pros:

The location was excellent. Restaurants, supermarket, cafes, nightlife and big malls all within a 5 minute walk. 20 mins taxi to the centre of Bogota and Monserrate.
Secure building with 24 hours reception and guard on duty.
The apartment was fully equiped and comfortable in all aspects, great shower. Paid laundry washer and drier in the basement.

Cons:

Initially booked another room that wasn’t entirely clean and the management moved me immediately which was reassuring.. Otherwise nothing at all.
