Pros:

Everything - very comfortable bed, 24/7 security, automatic curtains!! Nice showers with warm water and great water pressure. Small kitchenette was a plus, overall just very clean and stylish.

Cons:

Ease of check-in, especially for late night arrival - took the help of the security guard and a lot of charades and Google Translate before we were finally in touch with the host 40 minutes later. Strongly recommend to keep an eye on your messages and get it figured out before arrival, especially if you expect a language barrier. The property phone number went unanswered, and Booking’s so called priority customer service numbers would just disconnect (we tried three different ones including local before we gave up).
Street noises (voices, trucks) come right through unfortunately.

Pros:

Location perfetta ed appartamento davvero pulito e confortevole. Non si può dire nulla di negativo. Letto comodo, bagno grande, cucina attrezzata, elegante e raffinato e con un buon profumo. Meritate dieci stelle anche per via del prezzo pagato, davvero basso.

The worst experience I have ever had at a property.

The property is in a good location, accessible to various places of interest.

Cons:

There is absolutely no communication among the staff at this place. When I arrived, the security guard had no idea I was expected; I had to wait over 30 minutes just to be let in. On top of that, the link they sent to process the payment didn't work, and I didn't have access to the Wi-Fi the first night either. The lock on the property's front door was broken! I felt unsafe during both nights I spent there. The people in the other rooms were fighting, and I could hear absolutely everything! They kept slamming the doors incredibly hard—it was impossible to get any rest!

Excelente para quem busca passar poucos dias em Bogotá.
Pros:

Localização excelente, o segurança que estava no turno na recepção foi muito atencioso e cuidadoso desde a nossa chegada. A acomodação estava impecável, cama boa, chuveiro excelente também e ainda tem um pequeno closet, que foi muito util para não deixarmos nossas coisas espalhadas no apartamento. Tamanho da acomodação para 2 pessoas também atende muito bem.

Cons:

Não tinha uma recepção, então, somente ao chegar no prédio é que descobrimos isso e no anuncio não ficou claro a forma do check-in, que foi de forma on-line (inclusive o pagamento). Apesar disso, as pessoas que estavam trabalhando no prédio naquele momento foram muito cordiais e atenciosos.
