No todo lo que brilla es oro.
Pros:

Muy linda decoracion. Pero es un hotel pretenciosos. No todo lo que brilla es oro. Pero las habitaciones poco equipadas. Con la excusa de la sustentabilidad no tienen un mini bar. Un hotel de +U$200/noche en ese lugar no puede no tenerlo.

Cons:

Los empleados muy simpaticos. siempre sonriendo. Pero a la hora de ayudar en algo poco serviciales. LLegamos luego de un viaje de 12 horas y ninguno de la recepcion ofrecio llevarnos las balijas. Lo mismo a la hora de irnos. Por otro lado al momento de hacer check-out nos dicen que es politica del hotel agregar la propina para los empleados en la cuenta. Muy raro.

Room for improvement
Pros:

Quiet street, gorgeous property design. Front desk staff were amazing. Great communication through WhatsApp. Pickup at the airport was smooth and seamless.

Cons:

The room we picked was tiny for two people with luggage. It was also on the second level, not as accessible as we had to lug heavy suitcases up a spiral staircase with no one to help us. Towels that were intentionally put on the floor for a change were re-hung on the towel rack instead of being replaced. Aside from the front desk staff, amenities and hospitality was lacking.

Coyocan is a beautiful neighbourhood, however, first timers to CDMX who want to be closer to the main attractions note that Roma Norte/ Condesa is a 30 min uber ride away.

Pros:

I enjoyed the aesthetic and peacefulness of the space. It is beautiful and well decorated.
The staff are friendly and attentive, always available and able to accommodate specific needs.

Cons:

The listing said that there was a hot tub/jacuzzi which there was not.

Our shower would randomly turn on in the middle of the night, waking us. This was not a one off, it happened both nights while we were sleeping and would remain on for more than 5 minutes. When I would turn the nozzle, it would continue. We would have to wait it out.

No coffee available before 8 am - no option in your room nor staff available to make it. Then there’s a charge for coffee. I thought that was unusual.

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Coyoacan. The room was super, great space, clean, very confortable beds, great bathroom and amazing friendly staff. Beautiful interior patio, quiet.
