Staff beh Sahi nhi tah or manager beh thek nhi tah 3 Maratab break fast ka kaha tab beh service nhi meli service beh Sahi nhi tah Mai kesi ko beh recommend nhi karonga ka wo family ka sat jai or na he family mahool tah

Fabulous, Excellent, pleasant
Pros:

Hospitality, wonderful staff team member of hotel from door man to restaurant staff specially thanks to Mr irfan room cleaner, restaurant staff Mr saqib and reception team member overall very professional and helpful,
I will highly recommend this hotel if you about to visit Lahore everything in close by taxi between 15 to 20min. Famous liberty market is about 5min drive and 10min by walk. Very happy ALLAHMDULILLAH

2 night stay in Gulberg, Lahore.
Pros:

The room on the first floor had a nice bathroom, comfy bed, and ac could be switched to heat as it was rather cold. It was easily accessible to many areas.

Cons:

Firstly we were given a large family room on the ground floor, there was no running hot water, We were promised the water would run, but it never did. We were eventually moved uptstairs to a cosier double room. The hassle of being moved is not acceptable especially as we had unpacked etc. No fresh towels were provided.
