Je n avais pas de codes d accès en arrivant, j ai eu très peur dans un quartier sordide avec personne pour m aider. Heureusement un couple est arrivé dans la maison et j ai pu rentrer. Chambre pas terrible avec juste une couverture sans protection, TV sans telecommande, salle de bain minuscule et cuisine commune sales. A fuir ....

This is listed as an entire apartment however this is a shared house with rooms for rent. Upon arrival the host was unaware of my booking & also locked me out the house because another booking showed up and he was unable to confirm their booking as well 0/10 would not recommend
The location was okay. Not near restaurants or any open grocery stores after 8.
The owner gave me a passcode but as soon as I left my bags and came back, the code didn’t work anymore. While I called him and said that I was outside, he said to wait a minute. My reply was: OKAY, I’M OUTSIDE SO I WILL SMOKE A CIGARETTE WHILE YOU MAKE A NEW PASSCODE AND HIS REPLY WAS: IT’S NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE ON THE PROPERTY AND YOU WILL GET CHARGED FOR THAT. I do work in hotels in The Netherlands and I do know that you are not allowed to smoke inside the property, you are allowed to smoke next to street or outside the hotel. So I thought that was rude! And there is were no towels in sight for me, so I couldn’t take a shower! This was a miss for me

There were no clean towels and the one available was simply thrown in the cabinet as if it was used before .
We are leaving because we are not satisfied and comfortable with the reservation, I have many reasons why it seems to me that it is the most appropriate thing that you give me a refund, I have taken a picture of everything as evidence for you to consider.
1. The air conditioning is not working and they can’t fix it either, I can’t wait for them to do it because I’m wasting time. The house and the room are really hot that’s why
2. The bed sheet has an unpleasant stain that I don’t want to imagine what it is
3. The bathroom floor was dirty
4. There was a woman’s tampon in the trash can
5. Was there a dishwashing sponge in the bathtub? And used soaps, and the tub is also dirty
6. I ordered some towels that should have been ready in the reservation and they took a long time to bring them
THEY NEVER SENT ME A CODE TO GET IN I WAS SLEEPING IN MY CAR FOR TWO DAYS I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
When we arrived there was no one around I sent messages on the bookings app and with no response. Was finally able to reach host via phone
host then states he is not aware of our reservations and I need to text him my reservation info after sending my confirmation info to him it took him an hour to get back to me with check in instructions. There is a community bathroom that had urine all over the toilet set and smelled terrible. The bedroom door had no handle to pull door closed just a dead bolt. Place had broken glass in door was just terrible . Ended up leaving an find a hotel in town. Contacted booking.com and opened a complaint host did not reply to their messages either so I was out my money for a place that was terrible
