Great location, beautiful and very cozy place. The staff were great.

Cons:

Everything was good overall. I only have one observation: I traveled with my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter and we stayed on the 4th floor. The balcony railings had very wide gaps, and my daughter could have easily fit through them. Families traveling with toddlers should definitely keep this in mind.

Excepcional servicio y limpieza
Pros:

De principio a fin el servicio fue muy especial, muy amables, las habitaciones muy bonitas, de acuerdo a lo seleccionado, me encanto la ubicación, ya que es muy cerca de varias cosas y adicional muy arborizada, en general toda la estadía fue genial, muchas gracias por la atención tan buena.

Cons:

No me gustó, que nos tuvimos que ir, que pesar que no fueron más días.

Exceptionally comfortable room with a well stocked mini-fridge. Fresh coffee in the lobby around the clock. The staff incredibly sweet and helpful. You have to visit the restaurant on the 9th floor (amazing food and view). Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cons:

No breakfast options unless you walk a block and you'll need cash as the bakeries nearby won't take credit cards.
