Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple guests explicitly called the hotel 'super clean' and noted good housekeeping; overall cleanliness is a clear strength.
Service
6.5
Staff described as friendly in some reviews but issues noted with room service and a receptionist giving incorrect local fare information, indicating inconsistent service quality.
Location
8.8
Frequently praised as conveniently next to the high-speed rail station and good for transit; one guest found the immediate area a little isolated, but overall location is a strong positive.
Room Quality
7
Mixed reports: some rooms are large/newly renovated with a liked shower, while others are small or face the noisy high-speed line (and external construction), and some rooms lack AC (heater only).
Amenities
8
Guests mention useful amenities such as laundry facilities, a convenience store on site and a generally newly renovated property; amenities are a noticeable plus.
Value for Money
6.5
Value is mixed: complimentary breakfast and convenient location add value, but reports of misleading local pricing info from staff and perceived extras reduce the perception of value.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast is repeatedly described positively ('good', 'amazing free breakfast daily'), making F&B a clear strength.
Overall Experience
7.3
Overall stays are generally positive thanks to cleanliness, location and breakfast, tempered by noise issues for some rooms and inconsistent service, resulting in a slightly above-average experience.

Pros:

The room was large, breakfast good , close to the station and laundry facilities are an added bonus.
The room with a city view is facing the high speed railway and really noisy. The view is very far away. When I asked for a quiet room I was told that the high speed stops at 10.30 but there was a loud drilling sound till about 1.30 am keeping me awake. If you’re a light sleeper do not opt for this room. The receptionist said Longmen grotto is $10 from the hotel but I went to the road and took a taxi which only cost about $1.5. If you want to have lunch turn left and go straight. There are few restaurants near the second signal lights.

First time to Luoyang
Pros:

2 nights stay in between xi’an and Zhengzhou. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the hsr. Catches my eyes cuz it’s newly re-renovated. Loves the shower. its a tab too warm with no air con only heater (I traveled in mid March). There’s a convenience store right below for some tibits and drinks.
