Disappointing

The location was good

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several disappointing issues. The room was cold, and the hot water was only lukewarm even with the tap turned to the maximum. When we raised the hot water issue with the hotel, we were told that this was normal, which was disappointing. In addition, two out of the three saunas were closed, limiting the spa experience.

the room temperature, lack of proper hot water, and limited sauna facilities significantly affected our stay and we left the hotel after one night

Best hotel we’ve stayed in in Montenegro
Pros:

It was well located (within easy walking distance of the town and driving distance of several national parks). It had a great spa and gym for guests to use. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. It was also nice and quiet when we visited.

Cons:

The breakfast spread was varied but the quality of some of the products could have been a bit more luxurious for the level of the hotel. The hotel patisserie wasn’t open when we visited.

We really loved the comfortable modern room.

Cons:

I already told in the dining room that the bread was not tasty at all. You should add home made bread to make the breakfast tasty.
Also please choose better vegetables and fruit.

Lovely alpine hotel in the centre of Kohlasin. Clean, stylish and great facilities
Pros:

lovely hotel, alpine / ski vibe with very well appointed rooms and bathrooms. we were upgraded tothe duplex rooms which had bathroom and bedroom upstairs and living room below. Windows are pretty small so not alot of natural daylight but as we spent most of the day outdoors it didn't really matter

Cons:

pillows were massively thick and really hard so had a cricked neck for the rest of the holiday even after we moved on to our next holiday stop

Pros:

The hotel is new, the staff was polite and professional but surly. The room was large and offered everything needed for a stay. The central location made it possible to move around the town on foot everywhere. The breakfast was excellent.
