Pros:

very good location and a straightforward walk to the Acropolis and Metro. Washing machine and rack much appreciated during hot weather stay.

Cons:

unfortunately there were some squashed bugs missed by cleaners before occupancy. owners very esponsive & apologetic and sorted out quickly. requested extra coffee pods for 4 nights and delivered. requested tea also delivered. some small milk bottles would also be nice.

Edit: while the apartment is great, the accounting department is really taking a long time to produce a receipt (asked one week ago and still waiting). so, something to keep in mind if you travel for work and need to get reimbursed.

Safe neighborhood for ladies.
Comfortable bad.
Perfect for solo travelers.

Cons:

No big mirror.
No window, only balcony door.
Neighborhood is quite loud during night due to many cafes around.
Entrance to the building does not promise, but inside all good.

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, w nocy cicho.
Pros:

Czysty i ładny apartament. Posiadał bardzo dobre wyposażenie i wygodne łóżko. Łatwy dostęp na kod do budynku i pokoju (nie trzeba pilnować kluczy). Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Polecam!

Optimale Wahl für beruflich wie private Termine im Zentrum von Athen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Omonia und innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem hervorragenden Supermarkt für Bio-Nahrungsmittel. Auch die Hauptpost (Briefmarken!) ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Apartment ist geräumig und modern ausgestattet, die Dusche exzellent und das Bett sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Bis zum Lift sind es einige Stufen, wer schweres Gepäck hat, sollte sich darauf einstellen.

Pros:

At the first glance, the street and neighborhood was strange with all the graffiti around, but it was very safe and nice. The entrance to the building safe, nice and clean. The street has a lot of cafes, bookshop, shops, bars, and bus stop very close. Close to Omonia square. The room very well insulated and the windows has a nice Soundproofing (there is a bar underneath the balcony and when I close the windows and the noise reduced a lot). Very comfortable.

A greatl stay in the centre of Athens
Pros:

Κοντα στο κεντρο και στο Μετρο, πεντακαθαρο, με ολα οσα χρειαζομουν και ακομα περισσοτερα. Ησυχο παρα το οτι ηταν στον πρωτο οροφο.

Cons:

Ο δρομος και τα γυρω κτιρια δεν ηταν ομορφα, αλλα ετσι ειναι οι περισσοτεροι δρομοι του κεντρου.
