Very good property with nonexistence of aircon as its downfall. Otherwise it will be excellent

Everything, except no aircon

Cons:

No aircon. Seriously made us felt uncomfortable as it is summer. Air from balcony wide open did not help. We strongly suggest to have aircon install.

Excellent apartment for overnight stay before your flight the next day
Pros:

The apartment is newly built hence everything looked clean and sparkly inside out; and the neighbourhood is quiet (except for the occasional airplane making a descent to the airport) despite the presence of a bakery factory just across the premise. It is also situated very close to the airport and getting to the airport only takes 5 minutes by car even during morning rush hour. One underground parking bay is available upon request with a fee. Alternatively, there is a blue zone parking just across the street although be mindful of any parking fees or conditions attached to it.

Cons:

The room is rather small for 3 or more pax despite the availability of one extendable sofa bed (can sleep 2 pax) but there is a decent-sized storage room to stow away your luggage and free up spaces in the room. There is no quick guide on how to use the very modern oven and hob hence it may take a while to figure it out. There is also no fan provided and the only way for the room to be bearable during warm day/night is to open the balcony door as the window near the bed only has small opening. Lastly, the keypad to open the garage door is rather obscured and one might have mistakenly driven all the way to the garage door only to find that the keypad is way at the back, therefore requiring you to reverse back to the keypad (you can try to exit the car and make your way to the keypad - but chances are by the time you re-enter the car, the garage door would have closed again)

As a whole we liked the apartment. It is newer with nice amenities. The washer/dryer are a bit tricky to figure out
Pros:

The apartment was clean and although the location was not in central Zurich it was extremely easy to catch transit to any location needed. There is an excellent bakery right across the street and within a short walking distance, a grocery store.

Cons:

There is a couch that pulls out into a bed. It is small and not meant for adults unless the person is petit - 5 feet 6 inches or smaller. My family is tall, as a woman I am 6 feet and my boys are 6 feet 4 inches. We absolutely did not fit on the pull out bed. There was no air conditioning. It was really warm when we were in Switzerland, the apartment would get absolutely stifling hot.

Highly recommended for short stays
Pros:

Like a hotel room with a kitchen. Very well thought out design for a small space. Lots of details and things you wouldn’t even get in a bigger apartment.

Cons:

No aircon. As someone who feels the cold, it was very warm. It was about 12-15 degrees outside on this trip so in summer it could be a bit much
