Pros:

Хорошее расположение от достопримечательностей. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, уборка хорошая каждый день.

Cons:

Но окна на дорогу, где машины гудят всю ночь, прям впритык к мечете и каждый день в 5 утра призыв на молитву, беруши не спасут. Очень громко. Номера крошечные, некуда положить чемоданы S, c большим чемоданом не знаю вообще как размещаться. Завтраков нет - это минус. Сантехника уставшая, местами сломанная

The place to stay with no hesitation
Pros:

The location is great, room is perfectly clean and the staff is up to solve everything. Internet works perfectly and in case it’s not you’ll just tell them and they’ll fix it very quickly.
Ask to the staff for the trip from and to the airport. We were totally conned when we did by ourselves.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Hotel maco i ben ubicat!
Pros:

Molt bona ubicació, habitació molt bonica i amb bones vistes a la Mezquita, molt neta. Personal molt amable i eficient. No vam sentir res de soroll de la Mezquita per la nit. Matalàs i coixins molt cómodes.
Fan cada dia la room, posen ampolles d'aigua cada dia, tot molt net. Si torno a Estambul, tornaré a instal.lar-me aquí.
Recomano per sopar restaurant libanes Amara, a 4 minuts de l'hotel.

Cons:

La wifi no arribava bé a la nostra room 301. Has de sortir a passadís o hall.

Staff is friendly and location is a plus. Sadly, the rest is rather terrible

Cons:

Starting with the size of a double room booked for 2 people which is small to the bed and matress which are unconfortable. Cleaning could be better. A small seal left on the carpet as a test showed no vacumm or proper floor cleaning was done in 5 weeks. Vanity set in the bathroom was not replaced. Bed sheets did not smell freshly cleaned. NOT a 4**** standard by any measure.

Great value for money — especially if passing through Galataport
Pros:

Fantastic stay! The location couldn't be better for accessing Galataport. The room had plenty of space, and check-in was a breeze.

Cons:

I understand that elephants (fil in Arabic) are featured everywhere but some of the human statues seem unnecessary.

Pros:

موقع الفندق يفوز صراحه في كاركوي وبجنب غلطه بورت وانصح فيه وكذلك سعره بعد الخصم كان جيد ، وهذا اللي خلاني اختاره كفندق. كذلك نظافة الغرف كانت جيده

Amazing stay at Galata Fil Hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location. Less than 5 min from tram line and bus stop. 5 to 10 min from ferry and Galataport Promenade. Clean and comfortable. The most comfortable bed of our trip. Staff were also very friendly. Again... LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Loved it.

Cons:

We had no complaints. Not even one.

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Nice room, same as in photos. Daily cleaning and two fresh bottles of water every day. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. The location is also great, just 3mins from a tram stop that goes right to the old city centre. Restaurants and cafés nearby.
