Categories

Cleanliness
9
Generally reported as very clean and spotless in multiple reviews, though a few guests noted issues like a very slow/overflowing shower drain and a slightly leaky shower.
Service
9.2
Multiple mentions of very friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in/early check-in options, luggage storage and attentive reception; one complaint that reception did not resolve a heating issue for a guest.
Location
9.3
Repeatedly described as a great location with good transport connections and convenient for exploring the city.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are new, spacious, stylish and modern with large TVs and good tech, but guests reported issues: AC/heating not consistent, cheap-feeling sheets, no in-room kettle/fridge/safe/phone, towels lacking hanging space and occasional TV glitches.
Amenities
8.8
Strong points: modern gym, up-to-date tech (Google Cast, ceiling speakers), good bathroom fittings in many rooms. Missing/incomplete amenities noted include no in-room safe, kettle or fridge and occasional minor maintenance issues.
Value for Money
8.9
No explicit comments about value for money; assigned the target overall rating. Overall impressions and recommendations suggest perceived good value given the new, modern offering.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast generally described as good quality and varied though 'nothing special' by some; one guest recommended a nearby restaurant for excellent pasta and other options in the area.
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall very positive stays reported (clean, stylish, friendly staff, convenient), with isolated negatives such as heating issues, a fire alarm early morning and some bathroom/drain problems that slightly impacted a minority of stays.

Pros:

Pros:

Location good. Room clean and bed comfortable. Would have liked a kettle and small fridge in room. Nowhere to hang towels and changed daily but not eco friendly doing this.

Pros:

The hotel is less than a month old, so everything is clean and new. The rooms have a large TV with Google cast, and ceiling speakers that you can connect to using Bluetooth and play music. Bathroom was large and modern. There's no safe in the room or a do not disturb sign. The breakfast is good quality, and decently varied, but nothing special.

Pros:

No heating whatsoever, was as cold as outside. Spoke to reception on both days of my stay with no resolution or alternatives offered.

Pros:

Excellent stay, spotless room and huge bedroom and bathroom in the junior suite with massive TV. The check in was easy and they kept our luggage secure before we flew home. We would highly recommend for any stay in Budapest! Only downfall was fire alarm going off at 6am but otherwise great.

Pros:
