Please note that a blue and white shuttle bus departs from Haneda International Airport, but only the white shuttle takes guests to Hotel Mystays Premier Omori. The blue one will take guests to Hotel Mystays Haneda.

If the bus is full, guests may not be able to board the bus.

The airport shuttle service can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests.

Pas de laverie sérieusement ?!
Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre.
Ainsi que le second lit pour notre fille de 11ans, sincèrement merci!

Cons:

Un hôtel comme le votre de la catégorie "premier" qui ne dispose pas de laverie...sérieusement?!

Nous étions à l'hôtel mystays kannai de Yokohama précédemment qui lui pour le coup dispose d'une laverie (avec trop peu de machines certes, mais les machines sont là)

Et puis, entre nous, êtes-vous vous-même déjà allé à l'une des laveries à proximité de votre hôtel ?

On dirait que j'ai voyagé dans le temps, en plus des machines hors service, je vous invite à regarder l'état des chaises pour attendre la fin de lavage...ces chaises ont au minimum le même âge que moi ! (46ans)

Bref, faites quelque chose pour le système de laverie, car en l'état,nous ne reviendrons pas à votre hôtel.

C'est vraiment regrettable car nous avons véritablement apprécié votre quartier .

Cons:

Lacked cleanliness for a 4*. Basic facilities like a water dispenser on the floor or watwe in the room missing. Refused to even provide sugar and creamer in the room asking you to buy it from a store. Staff simply lacked any kind of desire to help make you feel comfortable. Torn curtains, don't even clean the rooms etc etc

Stay away from it.

素敵なホテルですが、残念な思い出になりました

部屋全体はすごく清潔さがあり、お布団もまくらもふわふわで、とてもきもちがよくて、きれいです、静でぐっすり眠れました。

Cons:

駅からの交通はわかりにくい、たどりつくまではかなり時間がかかりました。カウンターに電話しましたが、どこにいるかわからないので、説明しにくいと言われて、ガッカリしました。こちらは初めてお泊りにくるから、もちろん場所がわかるはずがないのです、この場合は地元にいるスタッフの説明は不可欠です。タクシードライバーさんに聞いてもわからないし、もっと、詳しく駅からホテルまでのご案内を書き直したほうがいいと思います。

The staff were terrible. My flight to Tokyo was 5 hours before the hotek check in, l was will to pay for the previous night so l could take a room immediately.

They said they can't do that, I have to wait untill 12 noon, There was a small table and chair in the lobby so l stayed there for hours, eventually many people checked out early. They said house keeping start cleaning the rooms at 10am, at 11am l ask ef if any rooms were available, the rude receptionist told me to sit down and wait to 12 noon.

I asked if I could speak with her manager, she said there's no manager in the hotel on this day, and told me to sit down and wait until 12 noon, everything another member of staff found me a room 10 minutes before 12.

The room was basic and the location was 15 minutes my taxi to the town centre. It's a terrible place the staff should be sacked

"Hotel MyStays Omori is excellent, offering great value for money. It is located in a calm, peaceful neighborhood and is very close to the airport. The only minor downside is that you need to take a train to get to the city center. The hotel is spic and span, with comfortable beds and surprisingly large rooms. It was perfect for the three of us, and we would definitely stay here again!"

Falta informação sobre estacionamento.

Hotel foi agradável.

Cons:

No site informou estacionamento próprio, porem tenho uma minivan e segundo funcionários não poderia para no estacionamento do hotel devido a altura, fui obrigado a parar o carro em outro estacionamento a algumas quadras de distância. Se tivesse essa informação me hospedaria em um hotel com mais praticidade, pois estava viajando com 2 crianças pequenas.
