If the bus is full, guests may not be able to board the bus.

Great value.
Pros:

Besides 24 hour concierge/counter staff.
V.good noise insulation although our room is by the road side and on 4th floor.
Convenience store in front of the hotel.
Daily housekeeping.
Booking online is cheaper.

Correction: Extended 1 night; we stayed total 3nights.

Best service!
Pros:

24 hours counter service staff of a hotel.

Learned the hard way!
We were staying at mostly apartments but wife lost something and I need help to call stations/places to check for me in their local language. Ms Yamada, of MYSTAYS hotel at Omori, helped us, although I didn't found it (yet), just the thought that someone helped us to check is comforting. Shout out to Ms Yamada for extending help beyond duty. Because, of her, our last 3 days in Tokyo were better. Also, because of it, we decided to extend our flight and stayed 2 nights more in this hotel.

Although, property is not new, everything works well and maintains properly.

Amazing stay with clean cozy rooms .
Pros:

It was a great experience . My daughter had a fever when we reached the hotel . I was 2 hours before the checkin time but the staff at reception were very receptive and they went out of the way to provide us with the room along with some medication and a thermometer. They didnt charge me any extra money for those 2 hours . The breakfast was good and there were decent enough options .

Cons:

The only problem i faced was that the breakfast didnt have chicken options . Everything either had beef or pork and we didnt eat either . Chicken is something that mostly everyone eats ... so i suggest the restaurant to have more dishes made of chicken .

Abbastanza vicino alla stazione di Oomori, la struttura è decisamente nuova e, per gli standard giapponesi, confortevole e di dimensioni sufficienti. Unica pecca il bagno con una soluzione a metà fra la vasca e la doccia (con una tenda per evitare gli spruzzi dell'acqua): la soluzione solo doccia sarebbe stata più comoda e funzionale

Stay here on budget all the time.
Pros:

Stay here all the time - it is not super hotel but very practical and common sense.
Great location - can easily get to center or outside of city - subway or JR
Great shopping nearby for everything.

We won’t be staying here again. We are still very itchy after checking out :(
Pros:

We booked this room due to the space and layout of the deluxe 4 bed room. We felt it was ideal for 3 adults and 1 kid traveling together. There was enough room for all of us not to feel cramped.

Cons:

We experienced bed bugs here. We have bites all over our arms and legs. We had to ask to change our bed sheets because we saw blood spots which is an indication of bed bugs. There was also mold growing in our ac vent. The room didn’t feel clean
