A beautiful and comfortable stay with wonderful hospitality in the heart of Istanbul.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Capital Hotel Istanbul. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the room was lovely. The location was convenient for exploring Istanbul, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Cons:

There honestly wasn’t much we disliked about our stay. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of, and we had a very pleasant experience.

Men utöver allt, var det ändå en bra vistelse. Man får vad man betalar trots allt. Kommer definitivt bo i området nästa

Läget var det bästa med hotellet. Det låg väldigt centralt, enkelt att ta sig till platser, nära till färjorna, busshållplatsen och det fanns väldigt många caféer och restauranger. Ett plus är att det finns en matbutik väldigt nära hotellet ;)

Cons:

Dålig belysning och ljudisolering. Man hörde nästan allt i korridoren och de andra rummen. När de pratade, skrattade och dörrar som öppnades och stängdes. Luktade även cigarettrök då och då.

Excellent Location, Comfort & Value for money
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for getting around Istanbul and exploring the surrounding areas. Our room was comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during our stay.

The hotel staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and their warm service really contributed to making our stay a pleasant one.

We had a very enjoyable experience overall. We would definitely recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Cons:

One small point of caution for future guests: we borrowed the hotel's luggage scale to weigh our bags before departure. It appears that the scale may not be calibrated accurately, so we would recommend treating the readings as an indication rather than an exact measurement and, if possible, checking your luggage weight using another calibrated scale.
