Boutique hotel Neferu Stay

De locatie ligt lekker rustig. Het heeft een fijn zwembad om na een dagje tours heerlijk af te koelen. Daarnaast had het hotel een privé kok die onwijs lekker ontbijt en diner maakte. Zo’n vriendelijke man die kok. Ook was er een mogelijkheid om met een bootje naar de Oostkant te varen. Hotelkamer was ruim en schoon. Echt een aanrader dus!

The pool place was amazing, with fresh mango juice prepared for us by Islam.

Une équipe exceptionnelle aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Islam pour sa générosité et bienveillance et à Mohammed pour son professionnalisme. Bravo au chef pour sa cuisine et ses attentions. La vue sur le Nil depuis la chambre ainsi que le rooftop nous ont beaucoup plu. La piscine rend le lieu encore plus agréable.

Fantastic location and magical view from our balcony, across the Nile to the Luxor Temple. Panoramic view from the rooftop patios. Decor is simple and elegant, and we really appreciated the soft warm lighting and gorgeous pendant lanterns. Hotel service was unfailingly friendly and eager to be helpful, especially the manager, Islam, and the chef, Ahmed. While the 2 twin room was not large it was very clean, and the storage was great: 2 closets with shelves, so we could properly unpack. Rain-shower was excellent. Overall a very comfortable and convenient place to stay on the quiet West Bank, with incredible views.

Le séjour était superbe grâce à Islam, Ahmed, et toute l’équipe, qui était aux petits soins pour nous.

Leurs multiples petites attentions nous ont touchés (cocktail de bienvenue, glace au bord de la piscine, bouteilles d’eau et cafés / thé etc …)

Ils ont été extrêmement réactifs pour nous organiser un tour de felouque en last minute et nous réserver un taxi pour notre départ.

Les dîners et petits déjeuners sont gargantuesques, prévoir de ne pas trop manger avant pour pouvoir en profiter !

Rhe hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing! The rooms were spacious and very clean. All of the staff were incredible and Islam who was looking after us could not be more helpful. He made a great stay even better!!!

Personnel incroyable hôtel très propre

Es war unglaublich schön im Neferu Hotel. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dem wahnsinnig nettem Personal. Vom Rezeptionisten über den Koch bis zum Cleaning Stuff. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei Herrn Islam bedanken! Er war soooooo sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und mit feinsten Getränken (frisch gepresste Säfte) und Speisen versorgt. Wir haben viel mit ihm gelacht. Das Essen war super lecker und reichlich. Ein Abendessen kostet mit allem drum und dran 15 Dollar pro Person. Absolut fair für die Getränke und Speisen (ein gefühltes 5 Gänge Menü mit Suppe, Salaten, Brot, Dip, Kartoffeln und Fisch/Fleisch/Chicken und sogar noch einem Dessert).
Das Frühstück war bei uns gratis dabei und war auch super lecker und sehr reichhaltig.
Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön hergerichtet und man hat eine schöne Sicht auf den Nil. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Das Personal kann alles organisieren. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben deshalb das meiste selbst geplant und ohne Guide unternommen. Eine Fahrt mit auf dem Nil hat uns aber Islam dann sogar nicht super kurzfristig organisieren können.
Auch die Lage auf der Westbank fanden wir von Vorteil, da aus unserer Sicht hier die schöneren Sehenswürdigkeiten sind (Valley of the Kings etc.)
Danke für die schöne Zeit in Luxor. Wenn wir nochmal Luxor besuchen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder dieses tolle Hotel. Preis Leistung fanden wir wirklich gut.

Es ist ein super Hotel. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Sie tragen dein Gepäck, geben dir einen Willkommensgruß, organisieren Taxi usw. für dich (ohne Extrakosten). Der kostenlose Flughafentransfer hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist bequem. Es wird jeden Tag auf Wunsch gereinigt. Es gibt Shampoo, Handtücher ausreichend Wasser in Flaschen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker, ausreichend und auch verträglich. Da das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt ist auch der Straßenlärm in der Nacht fast nicht vorhanden. Uns hat das Hotel für ägyptische Verhältnisse wirklich überzeugt. Trotzdem darf man die hohe Bewertung nicht 1:1 mit deutschen Standards gleichsetzen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet établissement. Mention spéciale pour Islam et Ahmad qui ont tout fait pour que tout soit parfait. Les repas sont très copieux mais délicieux.

The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful. The room is spacious and well maintained. The food is extremely abundant (perhaps too much) and very good. You can book very good tours through their website and the boat to cross the river through the reception whenever you need it.
Every afternoon they would either bring us a complementary ice cream or a fruit juice after our tours

We had a fantastic two night stay at Neferu. Ahmed and the team are the best hosts we've had in Egypt. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. It's quiet at night. There's a dock just outside the hotel so you can easily get a boat across the river. The breakfast is large and delicious. We'd definitely stay here again

Excellent choix pour séjourner à Louxor. Accueil chaleureux. Islam et Ahmed nous ont organisé des transports même en dernière minute. La rive ouest est un bon choix, la traversée en bateau vous emmène au winter palace en 2 minutes. Les chambres sont bien équipées , celles coté piscine sont très calmes. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, avec en prime une vue splendide sur le Nil. Il y a un roof top avec vue panoramique. Et enfin il y a une piscine pour se rafraichir si besoin.
