Apart from the lift issue i can’t wait to return to Liverpool and stay in this hotel again. Friendly and attentive staff
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the view from the terrace bar is amazing.

Cons:

We didn’t get told upon arrival or before that there was only 1 lift out of 3 available to use so we had to walk the stairs a few times and with a heart condition it wasn’t good.

Pros:

Huge choice for breakfast! Lots of options for hot and cold food and plenty of drinks options. The breakfast room was bright and spacious.
The room we stayed in on the 7th floor was big and an unusual shape with a great view and large windows. All very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with nice facilities.
The staff member on reception was nice and very helpful at check in

Pros:

Fast lifts. Space. Steel kettle. Good TV. Room Service. Even complimentary toothpaste and brush. Can borrow charger if need be. Window whole side of room. Good bed. Safe.

Cons:

Air conditioning maybe a bit noisy. View not as good as last time.

Ottima location a Liverpool
Pros:

La posizione ottima nel più bel quartiere del centro, a pochi passi dal canale e dai Docks; la buona colazione con vista sul canale

Good location. Could do with a revamp.

Cons:

Dated property. Staff and customer service was just ok. Prices were increased for a concert in the city. I met people staying in the hotel who had paid less than half of what I paid.

Good location, just needs a few tweaks
Pros:

Location good, reception area looks welcoming, parking close so was good.
Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Fire Alarm went off 5am the two nights we stayed
Mattress full of springs on sofa bed.
Got told twice I hadn't paid when I had.
