Absolutely terrible place
Pros:

I disnt like anything about this place staff did not care when I complained I had booked and paid for a suite and they give me a joining room with air-conditioning that disnt work and did not feel safe as who ever was in the joining room kept trying the door and kept me up all night laughing and drinking and in a few times I went to reception they kept saying get in touch with booking.com as you booked with them .so I did get in touch with booking.com and they put my complaint in and give thw hotel 48 hours to get back to them and the hotel has still not replied and this has been going on for a week now ..I had booked for 4 nights and had to leave and book another hotel

The hole place. Staff its dirty and you don't get the room you booked

Amazing , wanted longer
Pros:

Everything, we got upgraded to the Queen Elizabeth suite on 12th floor , it was beautiful , the staff on the desk were exceptional.

Pros:

Its location, price and that it had a dedicated car park also the view from our room

Cons:

Whilst the room was nice the wardrobe was scratched and needed updating. Also, as the lift opened on the first floor to breakfast there was a piano in need of repair.
