I warn anyone who stays here will be disappointed.
Pros:

Nothing at all. This hotel was the worst and filthiest I have ever stayed in.

Cons:

Everything was dirty. The bathroom was uncleaned. There was only a very little of one toilet roll. The basket in the toilet had not been emptied. There were no batteries in the tv remote. There were grease marks on the wall above the bed. Only half a curtain in the room, so the street light shone through all night and no privacy. The only chair in the room was filthy and stained. Big warning, this was a big disappointment.

Mann hatte nicht weit in die City zu laufen

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist veraltet Der Spiegelschrank im Bad gehört auf den Müll. Die Handtuchheizung ist auch veraltet und gehört entweder in den Müll oder restauriert. Die Bettumrandung hatte am Fussende keinen Abschluss. Die Matratzen hingen darüber hinaus und waren verschieden hoch. Außerdem war auf der einen Bettseite auf dem Lattenrahmen schräg darüber ein Brett. Dann habe ich mich 2x beschwert das der Fernseher nicht geht da keine Fernbedienung da war. Einmal wurden 2 probiert aber ohne Erfolg. Beim 2. mal wurde mir gesagt das die Hilfe kommt und nach schaut aber es kam keiner. Musste das Programm über mein Handy ansehen. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist auch schlecht nachdem ein neuer Kunde einchecken wollte aber nach einem Telefonat eine Stunde warten musste. Preis Leistung ist schlecht. Die Übernachtung ist keine 80 bis 90 Euro wert. Ich komme dort nicht mehr hin.

Was für ein unglaublich tolles Hotel! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, das gesamte Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird.

Das Zimmer war top gepflegt, sauber, modern und unglaublich gemütlich.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Alles wirkt hochwertig, durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Egal ob Service, Sauberkeit, Komfort oder Freundlichkeit hier stimmt einfach alles!


Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber dieses hier gehört definitiv zu den allerbesten Erfahrungen überhaupt. Man kommt als Gast und geht mit dem Gefühl, viel mehr bekommen zu haben, als man erwartet hat.

Eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel wirklich jedem ans Herz legen. 10/10 absolute Spitzenklasse! ❤️

Extreem gastvrij en goede prijs-kwaliteit
Pros:

De man was extreem behulpzaam met alles wat we deden. De auto helpen parkeren, pistache-nootjes aanbieden. Achteraf waren we een ketting vergeten in onze kamer terwijl wij al terug in België waren en hij stelde zelf voor deze kosteloos te verzenden naar mijn adres. Echt een top host!
