La ubicación es excelente los desayunos que nos dieron estupendo el trato que recibimos súper bien.solo lo que no me gustó fue que contratamos una cabaña más abajo casi por la laguna y me dieron otra más arriba..

Pros:

Der Ausblick auf die Lagune war schön und der Rezeptionist zu Beginn sehr nett.

Cons:

Es war dreckig, die Bettlacken hatten Flecken und die gesamte Ausstattung war ungepflegt! Das Frühstück wird in To Go Boxen von einem Restaurant aufs Zimmer gebracht, es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum. Der Boden hat geklebt und die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man kaum ein Auge zubekommen hat. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer statt wie geplant vier nachten verlassen. Der freundliche Rezeptionist hat zunächst nicht mal nach dem Grund gefragt. Als wir dann gegangen sind hat er kurz gefragt aber keinerlei Anstalten gemacht uns mit einem anderen Zimmer entgegen zukommen

Die Unterkunft ist nett, aber für den hohen Preis erwartet man deutlich mehr Komfort und Internet.
Pros:

Das Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht. Außerdem hat die Unterkunft direkten Zugang zum Wasser.

Cons:

Das W-Lan funktioniert so gut wie gar nicht. Es gab mehrere Stromausfälle, über die wir weder im Vorfeld noch im Anschluss informiert wurden.

Nos encantó. Limpieza, servicio, instalaciones, vista, desayuno todo de 10. El personal atento siempre. Plus: prestan kayaks

El huesped de la
parte superior era muy ruidoso, hablamos a recepción y lo solucionaron.

Es muy bello que está sobre la laguna, su muelle bonito y cómodo ,las cabañas bonitas , está un poco lejos del centro pero en la administración nos ayudaban llamando a los taxis , los alimentos del desayuno muy sabrosos y se puede nadar en la laguna con seguridad ya que te prestan chalecos salvavidas , también te prestan kayaks incluidos en el precio de la habitación

Cons:

Quizá podrían mejorar un poco la limpieza de la habitación, aunque no es mala podrían mejorar

El acceso principal esta muy descuidado no caería mal una arreglada para emparejar la entrada. Y muchos escalones poco cómodos.

The view of the lagoon and the wooden cabañas. Its clean

Cons:

Not enough staff or parking. You need to be going up and down a lots of stairs to get what you need. Need to me moving cars whenever someone else needs to exit. The access to the lagoon is rocky and slippery. And the stairs to reach the lagoon are a bit unstable.

Cons:

La cama tiembla y mucho cuando el aire acondicionado esta encendido. Éramos dos personas, y solo había una silla en la terraza para desayunar. Nos habría gustado que el desayuno pudiera ser más temprano para poder empezar nuestro día antes.

Very comfortable stay!
Pros:

The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Shower was great! Good pressure and nice hot water with many towels supplied! The aircon worked very well as did the WiFi. The small kitchenette was very handy. Balcony with hammock was nice to have also! The dock and swimming area, along with kayaks were perfect. Really good breakfast! Friendly staff! Great stay as long as you are happy to taxi to town (80 pesos)

Cons:

Floors were thin so we could hear everything upstairs guests were doing. Luckily everyone was quiet by 11pm ish, so it was really no problem at all.
The floors were heavily oiled, but we asked the have the floors wiped down and that helped a lot!
We wished there was a suitcase stand in the room.
