Pros:

Локация - тихо, близко до старого города
Мини супермаркет внизу
Уютный интерьер

Cons:

В гостиной комнате у одного окна нет никаких занавесок - вас видят со второго этажа проходящие люди на улице и с рассветом попадает свет и мешает спать
Запах канализации
Не было кофейных капсул и мы остались без кофе ( купить капсулы негде)
Плита глючит или неисправна
Шторы грязноваты
В день нашего прибытия в подъезде кого-то стошнило и валялось дерьмо - ходить мимо невыносимо и ужасно воняло.. Я просил помыть это, но уборщица пришла только в день нашего отъезда.

Die Lage war optimal. Super gelegen. Modern eingerichtet. Wir waren zufrieden.

Cons:

Es gibt nur eine Sache. Auf der Tagesdecke vom Bett waren Flecken drauf. Das muss nicht sein. Das ist aber etwas, was man natürlich ändern kann indem man drauf achtet. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Appartement liegt im 1. Stock und hat den Zugang von der Rybaki Górne und verfügt über alles was für den City-Trip nach Danzig zum Übernachten benötigt wird. Auch Tee & Kaffee wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Appartment liegt in der Altstadt, Hauptbahnhof und Rechtsstadt kann fussläufig erreicht werden. Auch das Europäische Zentrum für Solidarität, das Werftgelände und die MONTOWNIA FOOD HALL liegen um die Ecke.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank ist relativ laut und nicht ganz sauber. Der Zugang zum Gebäude war etwas tricky, aber für die weiteren Tage lag ein Schlüssel im Appartement.

Incredible facility in very central location
Pros:

This property presented like new with the latest equipment, massive amount of storage and incredible security. Included bonuses like coffee machine, induction stove and washing machine. The bed had a comfortable mattress. It’s location was absolutely central being within 1km of everywhere we wanted to go. Any queries we had were answered promptly.

Cons:

Perhaps things tended to be a bit overly complicated with the technology. Coming from Australia we did miss not having microwave and toaster, but this seems to be a Polish thing. For some reason the bed was positioned hard against the wall and couldn’t be moved out, making it hard to access for the male partner.

Cons:

L'appartamento viene pubblicizzato come una struttura di 38 m², ma la realtà è ben diversa: a occhio e croce lo spazio effettivo si aggira a stento intorno ai 20 m.q. Le foto presenti sul sito si sono rivelate decisamente ingannevoli, chiaramente scattate con un obiettivo grandangolare per far sembrare gli ambienti ampi e ariosi. In realtà la sistemazione è molto sacrificata. Peccato, perché la correttezza sulla descrizione degli spazi è fondamentale per non creare false aspettative negli ospiti. Anche il terrazzo è estremamente piccolo e ci si sta a fatica in due.Inoltre non è insonorizzato bene, anche con la finestra chiusa in camera si sentono i rumori dalla strada. A questo si aggiunge un check-in automatico decisamente problematico. La struttura bombarda l'ospite di mail e messaggi pieni di informazioni, anziché essere chiari su cose importanti tipo il codice di accesso (che viene dato solo 15 minuti prima dell’orario di check in - check in che deve essere fatto su un altro sito della struttura) è fornito su 5 numeri quando in realtà lo zero serve solo ad attivare il citofono (l’abbiamo scoperto dopo un buon 10 minuti di imprecazioni). Inoltre, sul posto ci sono due numeri civici (tra cui il 40) e non era affatto chiaro quale fosse quello corretto. Tanta confusione per un servizio che dovrebbe essere immediato.

Hat alles gut gepasst.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei spannende Museen.
Großer Apartment-Komplex, Zugang erfolgt kontaktlos. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Zu Beginn hat es mit dem Zugangscode nicht auf Anhieb geklappt. Nach einem Anruf konnte das aber geklärt werden.

Pros:

Small but cozy apartment. Good location, walk distance to center. Near foodhall. Shop and bakery right across the steet. All needed is in appartment. Comfortable bed. Quiet house and neighbours.

Cons:

Some street noise if you like to sleep late.
