Il serait préférable en cas de canicule de prévenir les clients que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas.
Pros:

Arrivée à 00h30, des minutes interminables pour réussir à récupérer ma chambre à la borne extérieure ou le paiement ne fonctionnait pas.

Cons:

Après une grosse journée de travail sous 40 degrés climatisation dans la chambre non fonctionnelle et non précisé à la réservation.
Une chaleur intenable dans la chambre et une nuit sans sommeil.

La literie , la clim très appréciable par ces fortes chaleurs, la propreté et le parking

Cons:

L’accueil à notre arrivée , la réception. Pareaisssait fermée , hall d’entrée dans le noir et borne d’accueil 24/24h à l’extérieur très éclairée invitant à faire le checking sur la borne … nous avons payé avec la CB mais nous n’avons pas eu le no de chambre ni le code d’accès , nous trouvons la réception par hasard dans la pénombre en retrait dans le restaurant où on se fait sermonner car nous avons payé par internet , on explique que la réception nous semblait fermée , que la personne devant nous à la borne nous a indiqué la démarche sur la borne , bref accueil glaciale et peu commerçant ! Au final on a payé 2 fous notre chambre , une fois sur booking et une fois à B&B…
