Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Bellissima l'accoglienza e la cordialità del personale, ti fanno sentire a casa e sono sempre disponibili.

L'hotel è molto particolare, sono rimasta affascinata dalle sue decorazioni.

La posizione è buona, da casamicciola terme si posso tranquillamente raggiungere le altre città in bus se non si dispone di mezzi.

Purtroppo non posso mettere più stelle di così.
Abbiamo prenotato last minute e la sistemazione ha superato le nostre aspettative. Franz e famiglia super disponibili, camere pulite e colazione eccezionali. E ovviamente senza dimenticare la mascotte Giò che ci ha intrattenuti durante il check in e il check out

Cons:

Era tutto perfetto, unica nota dolente ma ovviamente non imputabile alla struttura è che davanti c’è una fermata del bus (173) che porta a Ischia porto, non erano segnalati né i bus né orari ma lo staff ci ha prontamente dato informazioni a riguardo.

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione perché si trova in una zona poco rumorosa e vicino al centro di Casamicciola. È dotata di due piscine termali molto ben curate. La famiglia dell’hotel è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa, in particolare Franz che è stato indispensabile e ci ha aiutato a fare una bellissima vacanza.

The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful - the hotel is like an old-fashioned family-owned pension, where the happiness of the customer is the top priority... a rare thing nowadays. Breakfast was excellent and the location central.

Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel la Maggioressa è stato incantevole grazie all'infinita gentilezza degli host Franz e i genitori, che ti fanno sentire proprio a casa! Già dall'arrivo ci hanno indicato i posti migliori e ci hanno aiutato a noleggiare uno scooter e ad organizzare la gita in barca. Consiglio moltissimo questa struttura!

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole. La struttura è a conduzione familiare e si percepisce subito: ci siamo sentiti accolti e soprattutto a nostro agio.
I proprietari Frantz e Beatrice sono persone davvero carinissime, gentili e sempre disponibili a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti, con una spontaneità che oggi non è così scontata. È proprio questo il valore aggiunto della struttura: oltre al soggiorno, ci si porta via il calore delle persone che la gestiscono.
Ci siamo salutati con la sensazione di aver lasciato lì un pezzetto di noi… e con la certezza di aver portato via un bel ricordo.
Assolutamente consigliato!

Pros:

L'accoglienza calorosa e premurosa di Franz, Beatrice e del gentile signore seduto all'ingresso dell'albergo. La cura nella cucina: le cene sono state tutte di alto livello culinario. C'è una meravigliosa piscina di acqua termale, attrezzata con lettini, sdraio e doccia, utile se si vuole trascorrere una giornata all' interno della struttura.

Cons:

La stanza in cui ho pernottato avrebbero bisogno di una leggera rimodernata al bagno. Ma in fin dei conti era dotata di tutto ciò che serve al suo interno.
