The perfect hotel
Pros:

The staff are really helpful, and also speak very good English which helps a lot. I was handed a map of the city upon my arrival which I used a lot and was a god send. The staff also help us with which metros to catch to the places we wanted to visit. We managed to visit all the places on our list thanks to the staff
