Photos mensongères, personnel malhonnête
Cons:

Les photos sont mensongères, la chambre était minuscule par rapport à ce qui était prévu, nous étions 6 personnes dans la chambre dont 2 personnes âgées, nous avons appelé le personnel pour nous trouver une solution, ils n’ont pas su nous aider et se sont protégés en disant que « les photos utilisées sur le site sont non contractuelles », c’est inadmissible. Si nous revenons à Osaka, nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

4 nights of Golden week stay in Eslead Namba Kuromon for our family of 6 🥰 We love the clean, calm & quiet street. K
Pros:

Room is modern , beds are comfy, amenities are sufficient, internet is fast, bathroom is clean, location is perfect (walking distance to most attractions & have metros nearby). We stayed in level 11 & allowed to check-in earlier upon request. Building & street is quiet & peaceful ☺️

整體來說很不錯，但是離難波車站還是有一點距離

Pros:

It locates 2 minutes walking to the market so you don't have any problem finding a place to eat, 7 minutes' walk to the train station. It is spacious for a family of four and has nearly everything you need.

Great for family/group stays.
Pros:

Loved the room amenities/facilities - especially the washing machine and dryer function in the bathroom! and kitchen.. room was spacious and very comfortable. It was also great that we could leave some of our baggage at the storage area while we transferred to Kyoto for a few days. There are umbrellas you can borrow in case it rains.
Location - very close to Kuromon Market, not too close but not too far from Nippombashi station. Walkable to Dotonbori area.
It is an unmanned facility but they are quick to reply when you send them a message.

Cons:

No common area to comfortably wait or stay at before/after check-in. But this is very minor only.

房間位置很好 空間很大 整體都相當好

Cons:

四個人住兩晚 供應的人數量只有四瓶 是不是有點少 提供的鍋子 不知道是不是之前使用者不愛惜 鍋子整的漆面都刮傷 我們都不敢用
