It was excellent stay
Pros:

The location was so strategic. Can just walk to Jonker street and all over other places. All the amenities was perfectly working. Host also very responsible. Host even let us to check out late since it was raining heavi;y and flooded in some of the places

Cons:

If you are travelling by car don't park at infront of the hotel which is below the bridge. The birds will give a nice decorations.

Pros:

L'emplacement stratégique, la possibilité de laisser les bagages avant le check-in et après le checkout.
Intervention rapide suite à une fuite du lavabo. Le confort du lit et le calme (contrairement à ce que nous avions lu), le fauteuil de massage dans le lobby et le prix super.

Cons:

La moquette (sale, pas hygiénique en sortant de la douche et pas aspirée et pas pratique pour les allergiques et ce n'est mentionné nulle part), la chambre minuscule et vieillotte,

Le personnel, l'emplacement (et pourtant c'est calme)l'intervention rapide après souci avec le lavabo, le fauteil de massage dans le lobby, le petit mail à booking suite à une double réservation en raison d'un souci technique. Ils sont top 👍🏽et l'emplacement l'est tout autant. 8 euros sur cette place avec sdb privative... imbattable

Cons:

Je n'aime pas la moquette (allergies et pas très hygiénique en sortant de la salle de bain), escalier trop étroit, il manque une brosse pour les toilettes, pas de bac de douche (douche à même le sol, pas hygiénique)

its self check in.. i got level 3… then the self check-in instruction not working well until i had to call the customer service at lobby on level 1… it take 2-3 times i go to the lobby from level 3… no cust. servise at lobby… i had to call the person that give me self check-in through whatsapp… After 15 minutes wait the person says card not function.. had to use my card… after several tries, then i can switch on my room using my KTM card.. Such a bad and poor service that the hotel give me… i hope this not happen again to other customer… please check ur room before u give the next customer use it… TQSM

Hidden issues need to take action by hotel Management

Looks nice everything.

Cons:

1.water heater suddenly stop.
2.check out time need to mention when courstomer do booking.not as hidden issues.all need to be clear.
3.Not provide tea spoon for coffee making.
4.Not provide tea for hot drinks at room.
5.Tv not provide any basic channels.
6.Brokken water pilies for sink.
7.tv and air-conditioning remote not provided when asking then wants to sent to room but very2 disappointed staf not checking battery.
8.when booking a lot hidden chargest but on site not happening what hotel charge to customer.
9.position for clothes hanging and cup coffee area not in rite place need to remove or separate them.
