Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent location (near slope, centre, train, restaurants/shops)
Varied and good breakfast
Warm indoor pool
Friendly and attentive owners/staff (many reviews)
Generally clean and comfortable rooms reported by multiple guests
Cons:
Severe cleanliness issues reported by at least one guest (odors, mold, flooding)
Inconsistent service in some cases (room changes, intrusive behaviour, billing problems)
Room defects: hard beds, plumbing/installation problems, missing bin
Noise / poor soundproofing noted
One report of misleading/changed location adding significant travel distance

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Mixed signals: many guests report very good overall cleanliness, but at least one review describes severe issues (strong sewer/mildew odors, mold, flooded/poorly maintained bathrooms) making cleanliness a significant concern for some guests.
Service
1
Generally praised: multiple mentions of friendly, attentive hosts and helpful staff; however there are serious negative incidents reported (intrusive staff behaviour, poor handling of bookings and billing) that create variability in guest experience.
Location
1
Strong positive: repeatedly noted as very close to ski slope, centre, train station and main restaurants/shops. One extreme negative instance (unexpected location change adding 15 km) but overall location is a major pro.
Room Quality
1
Mixed: several guests enjoyed spacious, clean rooms, but others reported problems (unpleasant bathroom smells, very hard beds, plumbing issues, missing in-room bin) indicating inconsistent room standards.
Amenities
1
Generally positive: indoor pool with warm water frequently praised and considered a highlight; some notes recommending minor pool-area renovations and maintenance.
Value for Money
1
Mixed-to-negative: some guests find good value (location saving parking fees), while others explicitly call out poor service for the price and billing issues, creating questions about value.
Food and Beverage
1
Positive: breakfast repeatedly described as varied, tasty and abundant. One severe review questions kitchen hygiene and food quality due to odors, but most mentions praise the breakfast offering.
Overall Experience
1
Divergent experiences: many enthusiastic recommendations citing location, breakfast, pool and friendly hosts, contrasted with at least one report of a near-total failure (strong odors, repeated room changes, intrusive staff, broken key, flooded bathrooms). The severity of those incidents pulls the overall experience strongly negative for some guests.

Superbe
Pros:

Accueil et serviabilité du personnel, parking extérieur privé, propreté, chambre no 101 spacieuse, équipements sanitaires modernes, lit confortable, tranquillité, petite piscine intérieure chauffée (eau trop chaude à mon goût 33°), à quelques minutes à pied des commodités (restaurants, supermarché, etc), bon petit déjeune en buffet

Cons:

Pas de ventilation dans les sanitaires

Pros:

Locatie buna, personal amabil.

Cons:

Camerele prost izolate, se aude tot de la orice etaj. Camerele destul de mici, salteaua tare si inconfortabila.
Program de liniste nu prea se respecta.
