地點超好，對面就是超大的Life超市，走路5分鐘有鶯谷站、麥當勞、唐吉訶德、荻之湯澡堂。房內設備一應俱全，洗衣下廚都非常方便。

Was a lot bigger than I expected. Plenty of room and privacy. The staff were all very helpful. I left a jacket behind after I had already checked out and they were able to get it and box it up for my friend. The staff went above and beyond so thank you!

Bellissima la camera, molto comoda. Grande. Tutto perfetto, pulitissimo. La signora alla reception gentilissima. Siamo entrati anche prima dell’orario del check in. Molto comodo, vicino alla metro. Di fronte ha un supermercato enorme molto fornito.

Love the location of this hotel. Its closed by a train station, a supermarket across the street. Then there is the convenient stores like 7/11, Lawson and family mart all closed by. Love the layout of the apartment like style if this hotel. Gave us the feeling of like your staying at your own home.

Our little family has been traveling together for over 20 years multiple times to 30 countries. In our travels, we have stayed at all kinds of accommodations — from premium to budget hotels, to hostels and airbnbs but now, Hotel Komachi Tokyo Higashi Nippori is definitely one of our top best stays ever.

Away from the busyness and noise of Tokyo’s city center, the hotel’s location was still quite accessible as there was a well-connected train station (Yamanote line) just a short walk away. There was a big supermarket right across the street, while a variety of convenient stores and restaurants abound the quiet neighborhood. There was also a Don Quijote branch nearby.

The unit itself was big, spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed, with lots of storage spaces for a group of three. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and relaxing. We likewise loved that there was an equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer in the unit.

On top of all these wonderful features, their rate was even more affordable compared to those notoriously cramped shoebox-sized Japanese hotel rooms that have limited amenities, so Hotel Komachi was really such good value for our money!

Their friendly and English-speaking staff even gave us a sweet token of appreciation upon checking out. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Komachi and will surely book with them again the next time we’re in Tokyo.

Pokój hotelowy to całe mieszkanie, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Duża łazienka z pralka.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 2 stacje metra + bliskość dworca kolejowego.
Na przeciwko hotelu znajduje się duży sklep (jak Auchan) z bardzo dobrymi cenami.
Myślę, że to bardzo dobre miejsce nawet na dłuższy pobyt.

Extremely clean, everything was like new and easy to use. Worked very well for our family of 7 as it was like having 2 separate bedrooms and our youngest slept on the couch. I also appreciated that there was a hallway with a door between the rooms and bathrooms to keep the noise level down. Spacious living area. Excellent access to grocery stores and convenience stores all within 2 minutes.

1. 位置離JR山手線鶑谷站走路約5分鐘, 鶯谷站不像上野或東京站那麼複雜, 搭車到各景點很方便. 2. 飯店很乾淨, 每三天會打掃一次, 一樓處有備品和毛巾可以取用. 3. 櫃枱人員親切, 英文可通. 提早入住或延遲退房都可以事先商議. 也可以寄放行理. 4. 房間內有廚房可以使用, 冰箱, 餐具和鍋具一應具全, 連電鍋都有. 飯店對面就有一個大超市, 非常方便買當地食材回來煮. 附近也有一間7-11, 和全家, 很讚. 5. 房間內附有洗衣機, 洗衣精和柔軟精飯店都有準備, 浴室內可以烘乾衣服. 夏天流汗的衣服可以洗乾淨, 很舒服. 6. 有浴缸可以泡澡.

Very central to everything and spacious enough for the three of us. I could even open my suitcase in the closet. The grocery store across the street was great. The staff was very nice. Wish we had chosen to stay here more days than we did! Would definitely come back.
