A perfect experience in Rome! Amazing hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the CC Palace Hotel and we recommend it with all our heart!
The hotel is located in the heart of the charming Monti neighborhood, just a short walk from the Colosseum and main attractions, in a safe, trendy area full of great restaurants.
Every staff member was kind, professional, and always smiling, happy to help with any question.
Very comfortable room, clean, and well-designed. The shower was especially pampering—exactly what you need after long days of walking around the city.
A lovely Breakfast is served on the hotel's rooftop, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful view of Rome to start the morning.
Bottom line—highly recommended, we would definitely love to stay here again!

Hotel very clean, people service very kind.
Location very crowded.
The facilities at the hotel such as WIFI TELEVISION AND TELEFON were interrupted. for technical problem, very annoying.

Cons:

The room was quite small, not a chair to sit, view of the window small and internally to an hugly courtyard.

Excellent stay and service for a Rome vacation.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and excellent, especially Jenny in housekeeping! She provided us with everything and made the rooms so clean and comfortable and with a smile too. Also the breakfast was very good and the location is very convenient.

The location is still a bit far from the main attractions. You need to get around by bus. The metro is not very convenient and also requires quite a bit of walking.
I was given a room on the first floor. There is quite a bit of noise from the traffic outside. They were not willing to move me to a higher floor.
Same breakfast every day
I had a problem with the shower drain that they were unable to fix. The overall feeling was that nobody checked on me or asked whether I was enjoying my stay or if everything was satisfactory."
