It was clean and modern rooms. They upgraded us to the royal room with a terrace balcony and it was lovely and spacious to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink. Staff were very kind and helpful

Purtroppo la prima notte è stata molto difficile... la finestra della camera non si chiudeva (e a nulla sono valsi i tentativi del personale della struttura); essendo la ns. camera posizionata sul lato strada (via delle 4 Fontane), parecchio trafficata, siamo stato svegli buona parte della notte..... La notte successiva è andata decisamente meglio. Ci hanno spostato in una camera più grande, con affaccio all'interno, silenziosa. Mi aspettavo tuttavia di ricevere uno sconto sulla prima notte a fronte del disagio e invece nulla.... Colazione abbastanza buona (niente di eccezionale...). Posizione OK; Hotel sicuramente NON di lusso. Rapporto qualità /prezzo basso...
