Overall great value for money, great environment with no issues experienced at all.
Pros:

The staff made all the difference. The team at the front desk, especially Hala, and the F&B team, especially Nimmer. They stood out significantly for their willingness to assist and make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

Did not stay long enough, although the breakfast was a little limited, the staff went out of their way to assist with whatever I needed.

Amazing stay at Aqaba
Pros:

I like the place and I like the facilities and the food and the staff

Cons:

The pressure of the water wasn’t enough at the top floor and the staff at the dining room didn’t clean enough the tables after being used, maybe because there was too many people. But they were all very good
