Categories

Cleanliness
1
Mixed reports: several guests praised general cleanliness, but notable complaints about dirty bathtub, hair, stained carpets and inconsistent housekeeping; cleanliness is a clear pain point for some stays.
Service
1
Consistently praised reception and staff (multiple mentions of Saddam, Jumana, Haba, Hala, Yusri); described as polite, professional and helpful (early check-in granted, warm welcome).
Location
1
Frequently described as very central/prime location, close to market and restaurants; location is a strong positive mentioned across reviews.
Room Quality
1
Several specific negatives: small/old bathrooms, weak water pressure, shower curtain issues, half-inch window gap causing wind/rattling, stained carpets and other maintenance problems affecting comfort.
Amenities
1
Pool is mentioned positively and helps guests; however the property is not truly beachfront (guests travel ~10 km to beach) and some guests found breakfast service logistics poor.
Value for Money
1
Mixed perception: good service and location but room cleanliness and maintenance issues make some guests feel the price does not match the stay.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast described as adequate by several guests and dinner noted as quite tasty in at least one review; however there were isolated complaints about limited buffet items and busy breakfast counters.
Overall Experience
1
Overall mixed: many guests highlight an excellent reception team and enjoyable stays, while others report serious cleanliness, noise and room maintenance issues leading to a divided overall impression.

הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב זה המקום של המלון, העובדים לא היו טובים בכלל הניקיון מגעיל לא חוזרים שוב למלון בחיים, המלון לא צריך
Pros:

המקום קרוב למרכז העיר וזה היה סבבה

Cons:

Honest review
Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

Needs heavy maintanance , first room had serious leaks in the bath room , the staff were very friendly and switched us to a suite which was way better but the last day the ac was leaking inside the room .
The bathrooms need rennovations , the windows need cleaning and so..
Facilities need heavy maintanance , gym was closed and ahut down for some reason..
The breakfast sadly was horrible compared to other stays , no real coffe no real breakfast
The only pleasant thing was that the staff were great and tried to help
I hope it gets innovated asap because the location is fantastic

שמבקשים לא להכניס אוכל לבית מלון. בודקים כל שקית בלי לכבד.
